Toledo Hotel

It was a disaster to sleep as the noise from the street was coming inside of the room and couldnt sleep until 3 am in the morning every night of my stay. Furnitires to opd and in the bathroom broken.

Staff is great

The rooms are very old and it was very noisy until 2am every night. The breakfast was awful and the place was very dirty. Used jam boxes on the tables. I had breakfast only for the first day as it was disgusting.

Location was good if you want to stay around the spanish quarter, close to metro station, staff were lovely and friendly, breakfast was basic but ok My main issue was the smell of sewage comming from the bathroom it was so strong I felt physically sick, it should be a lot cheaper

The toilet didn’t work and it took two days to fix it. The curtain was broken, too, so the room couldn’t be darkened during the night. The staff during breakfast was negligent and close to unfriendly.

Good location, close to metro and centro historico. Receptionist very helpful and kind. Very loud streets at the night with lot of bars, earplugs needed. Breakfast is average. It is from 8-10:30, but around 9 o'clock there is only a limited selection, as buffet is not filled up. One morning I did not get coffee, because there was no one around after 9.

The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect, smack in the middle of the Spanish Quarter (Historic center). Real Napoli experience! The rooms are a bit old, but everything is very very clean. No problems really.

Hotel Toledo may be a bit old-fashioned, but everything worked — and the character of the place really grew on me. It's in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Naples on foot, and the rooftop terrace (with turtles!) was an unexpected delight. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The front desk team was helpful and kind, especially the night staffer who went out of his way to assist. And the young man who prepared coffee and set up breakfast each morning did a wonderful job — friendly and efficient, a great start to the day. It’s not fancy, but it’s welcoming, well-situated, and full of charm. I left with a smile and would happily stay again. There is a kettle in the room, but no coffee cups. Or coffee to start the day before breakfast starts (at 8:00 am)

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Toledo! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit — always ready with a smile and great advice. The location couldn’t be better, right in the charming Spanish Quarter and just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around Naples so easy. Highly recommend! The facilities were disappointing and the room was poorly maintained. The hotel is in need of a serious refresh, though it has great potential.

Location is excellent, if you are into shopping, restaurants and easy subway access. There are several spritz bars nearby where the patrons drink and shout late into the night. So if you are a light sleeper, prepare with ear plugs.

The staff were all very lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The location was handy for restaurants. Lots of eggs available for breakfast. This is a very tired establishment. It is in dire need of a makeover. Paint peeling, even some mould and a smell of damp in my room. Most of the features look like they've been there since the seventies.

Location was amazing and staff were fabulous Hotel is very dated, rooms are very run down. Though clean it felt dark and dingy. Curtains didn't open properly and walls were discoloured from age.

Staff excellent I had no complaints. Hotel was what it was.

The staff are super helpful, they give you tips where to go and are very friendly… Literally the worst hotel I stayed at! I have been shown 3 rooms and the rooms were dirty and smelly! The bathrooms aren’t clean.. one of the rooms i found a poop stain on the seat, the other one the seat was black and the one I stayed at the seat wasn’t clean and I had to clean it myself because it was a bit late and there was no cleaning service anymore and it‘s loud at night and barely any facilities at the room, even the kettle that was there at the last room, was super dusty that I was disgusted to use it. I had to ask extra at the reception for the bathrooms to be cleaned because they weren’t cleaned otherwise! Even the breakfast was less than basic, nth special at all.. you could save your money and eat outside but you have to pay for it anyway! Terrible experience and for the amount of the money I paid, I expected something different!
