Excellent location near downtown and transportation facilities. The room was clean, comfortable, with a private bathroom. Communication with the personnel is practical and optimal.

Just Location. Bedbugs all over the place, even one was walking on the pillow ... The room was so dirty and hairs between towels.... They didn't clean the bathroom for a long time it was full of hair, dirty, and black molds. I canceled and asked for relocation for somewhere near to this location, which host didn't accept it since everything was more expensive. The host didn't answer the phone for 2 hours when customer service tried to talk with her. At 1 a.m., I had to book somewhere else from Airbnb on my own. It's a shame on booking.com policy and customer service. Even 1 score is too much. If I could give 0, it would be better.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historical centre. The place was cheap so for the price it was very acceptable. The mattress was very comfortable, the room temperature was great, and the lighting in the room was fantastic. The place could be cleaner, especially the bathroom....shower door was broken, and a plastic curtain was added, with missing loops...hairdryer was not working, white fabric chairs were stained, needed a wash. Blanket on the bed had hair from other people, maybe a clean quilt and cover would make it better....pillows were old and flat....no shampoo or toiletries in the room, half a toilet paper only. Also, I didn't like the fact that upon arrival, the automated check-in system was not working, and the phone number they provided was off, while they knew people were coming! We managed to get in after an hour or so, as the lock works with the internet, and there is absolutely no connection there, so we had to connect to their wifi (we connected as instructed, but still door wasn't opening) and keep trying to open the door!

The property is really close to all the city center’s monuments. It is very easy to reach it from the airport. The room was really clean and spaceous. And the most important part: the host is really kind, checked on us and asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. This was a very nice experience! Everything was perfect.
