I really liked the seemingly new beds with metal frame. You have good locker boxes right under your bed so your stuff stays secure. My room also had its own private bathroom which had soap and everything you need. Really good for solo travelling. I got my best sleep in Italy there. Room had AC as well so everything stayed cool. The noise from the street came in pretty easily. So definitely would recommend having your own earplugs with you. Other than that, everything was quite good.

Everything was amazing! The rooms, the activities and the staff.

One of the only complaints I had was that we had to pay to keep the bags on the property after an early checkout time, but that being said, it was a minimal cost.
-
There is a bar in front that gets noisy at night.

Spotless hostel in the heart of Naples. Located a few walking-minutes from Via Toledo and Via dei Tribunali. Clean room and common areas. Good internet connection for those working online. Staff and volunteers are very friendly and professional. A big thanks to Zaira for taking care of my stay amazingly.

Great staff - Raphaela at reception is super helpful and Christiano helps set up a great vibe in the evenings in the comme area Great location For me it didn’t bother as i can sleep through noise but there were others who on were really bothered by extremely late night parties on the top floor authorized and facilitated by the hostel which don’t wind up by midnight but go on till early mornings. It does not help the hostel be hip yet dignified enough for digital nomads to consider staying where they may want to sleep at night and wake up in the mornings to work. This is for the management to reconsider as brand positioning - thé digital nomads mentioned they already posted this hostel as a no go in their forums. Atleast management can’t be hosting parties till 3 am by its staff.

The location is amazing, the neighbourhood is close to the centre but calm, you have a Vesuvian view, a kind personnel, a very clean room with good heating and free pasta at dinner. Great choice, very recommended.

I liked the lockers for each bed in the hostel to make sure our things were safe and protected. My room was very hot, I think a fan would have helped.

The staff was not rude, but a little more polite would be fine.

The hostel was very well organised and the room was clean. Breakfast had some options to choose from. I liked that in one day they gave us free pasta to anyone. Also, Francesca from reception was very helpful and she managed to give me in the last moment a down bed. I didn't liked the noise during the night that was made from common area which is located at 4th floor. Room was located at 3rd floor.

The hostel has no washing clothes option, which sucks.. but I know there are some laundromat near by

Noise and temperature in room. I suggest private rooms should have control of thermostat. It makes sense for shared rooms to have set temperature but not for private rooms.

The rooms don’t have good sound proof. I can hear the noises outside. One night someone had a very loud phone call in the corridor and woke many people up. My room had smell of cigarettes that took 2-3 days before it dissipated.

Facilities were very modern and clean, great remodel. Perfect location, with easy walk to the historic center, bus station and ferry port. Very secure and staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was just right with all the basics - fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, nice juice selection and of course, good coffee, more than any other hostel that I have stayed in. Great daily activities for guests. I wasn't sure about resetting the room's thermostat. It was a bit cool and with just a single sheet, I chose to wear heavier clothes to sleep in.

Everything was amazing! Location, staff, cleanliness, facilities. Good social hostel! I didn’t like the wrist band they required you to wear. Now it’s in all my photos!
