B&B Welcome Inn Napoli

We just stayed for a few hours to evaluate opportunities

We booked 2 rooms and both looked exactly like the photos on Booking. The apartments were great and amazing ?. The location was very convenient, just about 10 minutes from the station. The host was excellent, very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend! The rooms is slightly small otherwise everything was perfect

Pepe was the perfect host! Flawlessly clean environs and we enjoyed the typical Neapolitan balcony and locally baked sweets for breakfast.

Everything. The host was extremely helpful, cordial and cheerful. The location was very nice. The room was very clean and the service was excellent including breakfast.

It was at the center of Napoli and very close to the main station. I could walk to every touristic places. The hostel was very clean and the host was the best host I have ever seen! He cooked me even pasta and offered to drive me to the airport for free. Everyday he prepares breakfast what time you like It was a bit noisy at night, but it was ok

We stayed 1 night at Welcome Inn and it was genuinely a nice experience. Peppe was so lovely, and although his English wasn't perfect, he did really well and it was okay to communicate with him! He made sure we felt comfortable in the room. The room was really spacious, as was the whole apartment. The bathroom was just across the hall from us which we didn't actually mind. Beds were comfortable, and the aircon was very nice. There was a little fridge in the room and a shared balcony. The room and bathroom was nice and clean too. I usually only stay in hotels, but this was a nice little b&b to stay in just for the night. Breakfast was included but unfortunately we had we leave for the airport very early. The area it was located in was okay.. I didn't feel 100% safe but I think that's just because of Napoli as a whole. There was quite a lot surrounding it too and we did like walking around just to see what we could find in the evening. It was in walking distance to the train station, and the taxi fare to the airport was only 20-25 euros (I can't quite remember) but it wasn't too far. We would really recommend staying here :) It was a good price for it too. Thanks Peppe :) It was a bit difficult to find at first, because it was in an apartment building. But once you find it, it's easy to see, and when we called the number on booking.com, the host, Peppe, came to meet us at the door :) Wasn't much of an issue, but thought I'd mention it anyway!

Great location short walk from main station very clean room with air conditioning good breakfast every morning pepe was great host very helpful and even dropped me to airport very early in morning would highly recommend

Peppe is a very kind and generous host, his place is lovely and feels very safe. The room was comfortable, air con and tv provided as well as a mini fridge. Breakfast included everyday, even on a day we left very early in the morning for a trip, Peppe got up early and made sure we ate breakfast before we left. Very lovely stay, would definitely come back ?

Access to difficult when traveling by car had to drive on.

- location - the host was a nice person, open to help and give a piece of advice but quite specific - small fridge in the room - access to shared balcony - the room and the entire flat was generally clean - breakfast included (once the host even offered us to make a special spaghetti, but we came late so we couldn't try) Be aware: the overnight is in a room in a multiple room apartment, there are two common bathrooms, the host lives in one of these rooms as well. - host - despite trying to be helpful couldn't speak fluent english, some communication difficulties - a bit noisy area, thin room walls, an impression to have less privacy (also because the host was living there) - the stay did not comply with any hotel standard - the bathroom was outside, at the end of corridor, not in the room, the host made us move to another bathroom during our stay (a bit inconvinient) - room equipment was not enough, one bed side table only, a night table lamp wasn't working, no cattle in the room - quite poor breakfast (except from the last morning where the host prepared an "extra" breakfast, available in a narrow time window 08.00-09.00 - very limited access to kitchen (apparently for host only) - inhermetic shower cabine (leaking, causing "bathroom-sea" - like the host named it), it was difficult to hang a showerhead (the host stopped one of us going late to bathroom in pyjama and criticised for flooding the bathroom) - low amount of soap and shampoo (dispensed by host on extra request) - uncomfy doublebed, vibrating while turning on side (waking up another person)

the way to the city center was relatively close missing liquid soap in the purchase, poor breakfast

Very good owner, very good location from Garibaldi station and centre, very good room, breakfast as breakfast, mostly sweets. Thank you!!!

The receptionist was very kind and all was very clean and comfortable Location was nice because we had a lot of restaurants, but it’s a little far from the important things of Napoli
