B&B Cinquestelle

We stayed at this place for 3 nights. Maria was a very welcoming woman and had prepared a map of where the best places to visit were. The room had a private bathroom and was very clean every day. The kitchen was fully equipped and very clean. The location was very close to the train station and the airport. The center was 20 minutes walk. I would recommend it as a very good place especially for first-time visitors ☺️.

Very clean! Everything worked properly and was superbly clean! Maria and her husband were amazing hosts and showed me places to eat, were able to drive me to places, and accommodated me very well! Would definitely recommend :)

The flush to the toilet wouldn't work. There were no blankets. Ac was very old.

the landlady was very kind, she waited for me at the airport and showed me the most important places to visit in the city and its surroundings.

Location is great- 10 minutes from the train station woman and man friendly and helpful supermarket down the street.

Everything Nothing

The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled very fresh, there was a hairdryer in the room, private bathroom and the host was very friendly, providing me with all necessary information and even allowing me to leave my luggage there after I had checked out.

A good location to the train station but to all the tourist things you need it's about a half hour walk. Taxi is the same time. A ma and pa run place, where you get good guidance on Naples and cheap food education. Invaluable information. Clean and tidy. The bed was made every day and had enough towels for the 3 nights I stayed. The area looks shady but safe. Good cafes close by and cheap fruit and vegetables around the corner and a self use laundry mat a block away. This isn't bad for the price and education of the area.

If you stay here, you will meet the lovely owners. They are very kind friendly people and are very helpful wanting you to enjoy your visit in their native city. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Quiet comfortable room walking distance to central train station for out-of-town excursions to Pompeii etc. The location is also walking distance to Naples old town city center

Maria responded to all of my questions, really very good reception. Value for money, perfect equilibre! Neighborhood is to the limit, but very practical though.

The only thing we didn't like is the 56 steps you have to climb to get in and out but supposedly next year they are finally put in an elevator. That was the only thing we didn't like but at the same time it was good exercise!

Maria our host was very helpful and friendly. Gave us lift to cruise port after our stay.

The hike to get there 56 steps up and 56 down but the host told us that by next year they will have an elevator! We knew already about the steps as we had been there before but we really liked the location and we could do the steps! The shower is small so a big person won't fit and we had trouble adjusting the water temperature but we could have asked the host and we didn't and we could have changed the room but we liked the room overall so we didn't.

Close to Terminal, very friendly and informative host. Didn't need a tour guide as she showed us where to go on a map. Pillows to big, not enough hot water

The room was big enough. We had a terrace - it's small but still had a place to smoke. Four rooms had a shared kitchen with a large refrigerator and everything we needed - coffee machine, microwave, glasses, plates, etc. The hosts were very kind and responsive in guiding to various sites and giving advice on what to visit and how to get there. They also gave us a map of Naples. We liked everything.
