Great place. Good value for money. local neighboor hood. I really liked it. good price value Be aware of the steps. 3rd floor and a bit of a walk to the place - but in no way a negative for me - more issue for people with walking problems - but for those Napoli isnt the place anyway.

This place is absolutely beautiful – stylishly and tastefully decorated, with a lovely, cozy terrace. The location is perfect – we were able to reach all the main sights on foot. The host was incredibly kind and helpful and offering us coffee, cake, and water during our stay. The place is quiet and safe, and the check-in process was hassle-free. We honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer than just three nights, but we’re already dreaming about coming back as soon as we can. -

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this B&B, because we loved it soooo much the first time (2,5 years ago) :-). The place is like a little haven away from the wonderful hustle & bustle of the characteristic Napels streets. The rooftop terrace is amazing to relax, even in the winter sun! Every corner of the B&B is beautifully decorated, and even more so during the Christmas period! It's super cosy :-). The room has every comfort you can wish for, and especially important for me with back problems, a wonderful mattress (not hard like so many are) and also blinds that 100% block-out the sun, so you can sleep in! There is free coffee and there are even cookies you can take for a quick breakfast or a snack. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive! And all this in a lively, authentic neighbourhood and only a 10 min walk from the center of Napels. We'll definitely be back again as we love Napels and this B&B! Nothing

The location was good. Plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The metro was a 10 minute walk and the main napoli centre station was 15-18 minute walk. Communication with the host was very good There wasn't really breakfast available. Just prepackaged cookies, but there was always water and coffee available. There are many stairs to access the road to the b&b and several more to walk up to the apartment which may be difficult for some people or if you have a lot of luggage.

Beautiful and clean room with comfortable beds. Owners are very nice and helpful with suggestions around the city, places to eat. Easy check-in process. 15 min walking distance to historic areas Sparkling water, coffee and sweets Personal mention: Soundproofing, if you are a light sleeper person the noise and honking until midnight can be unpleasant.

The facilities were great. The host was very kind, helpful and approachable. The furniture were lovely and it was very clean. It would’ve been great if we could cook.

This is a cozy, stylish Neapolitan place! The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating! Complementary cold water and sparkling water was a refreshing treat after returning from a day out in the blazing hot August weather. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. very nice host. we arrived 2 hours sooner and he checked in us. while the stay didn’t include breakfast but there were always coffee, tea, and snacks. The room was well decorated and same with the photos. location was not in a good area of city but less than 15 mins to metro and less than 5 mins to bus stop. good and brand new air conditioner it was in the second floor without lift. there was some problem in the shower.

The property is not reachable by most cars. Must climb multiple floors of steep steps. The entire place is overwhelmed with a grandmother like perfume smell on every surface of everything. this property is fine if all you have with you is a back pack and it’s summer so you can open every window in the building to let out the smell
