We had a great stay. Front desk was fantastic and allows us to check in a bit earlier. Staffwas friendly and we had a beautiful view out of our window. Would recommend! Area is walkable to many restaurants and shops and lots of water activities all around. Thank you!

Need to better coordinate housekeeping as we couldn't get our room cleaned one day. Also need to train staff better on room billing. That said, we had a very nice stay and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Parking rates are a little high.

The Bayfront Inn was centrally located in Naples across from Tin City , putting you directly in the action. . The room was small but very comfortable, there is not a lot of closet space if that is something you need. The bed was so comfy and felt like I was sleeping in a nest , exactly what we needed after our long drive ..The pool and hot tub were.situated with a. Beautiful bay view . The breakfast we had was delicious on site. The TV wasn't working properly and could not be fixed the night of our stay , as maintence was gone for evening , but the hotel was apologetic and tried to make things right . I would definitely stay again at this beautiful clean hotel
