We went to the pool area, but there was no one there to take food orders for the hotel restaurant (Limon). When we went inside to the bar to order, the young woman who helped me was very cordial, kind, and pleasant; however, I was wet from the pool, and the manager—along with a short, bearded waiter—confronted us rudely. The bearded waiter threw towels on the floor next to us, glared at us, and told us in a very nasty tone, "Next time you come in here, you have to put on shoes." I told him to be more polite to customers and not to speak to me that way. I walked away to wait for my food, but as I turned my back, I heard him shout a profanity. I ignored it because today is my birthday, and I didn't come here to let anyone—or anything—ruin the day for me, my nephew, or my family. Worst of all, the bearded man spoke to me that way in front of my nephew—a child. That really upset me; I feel it is disrespectful for customers to be treated this way in a place like this. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Everything was excellent. I would just encourage the server to be a bit more active in assisting guests at the pool.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around Naples. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping knocked on my door at approximately 8:45 a.m. (to early for a saturday) on several occasions. Each time, I politely requested that they return later, as I was not ready for the room to be serviced. However, housekeeping never returned to clean the room. I reported the situation to the concierge, expecting that the matter would be addressed. Unfortunately, the room was still not cleaned, and the only service provided was the delivery of fresh towels. As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I was disappointed by this experience, as it did not meet the level of service I have come to expect from Marriott. I would appreciate your review of this matter and any follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed. Thank you for your time and attention. Location, shuttle service. They didn’t prepare the children’s bed or the crib as we had requested. On the second day, when we left the room, they didn’t make the children’s beds. During all four days we stayed at the hotel, the floor was never cleaned — there was always sand. They also didn’t replace the liquid body soap, even after I asked for it. We also didn’t like the breakfast.

This hotel is very cold and not very friendly. All room furniture is just barely functional and not at all attractive. Bathrooms are marginal at best, with only a few amenities. I was very disappointed with this stay and will not go there again.

This place was amazing, very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The shuttle to the beach was such a huge plus because it took away the stress of finding parking or a spot nearby. The rooftop pool was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of our stay!

Terrible customer service with getting issues resolved. I was charged twice by the property for my stay without any resolution still a day after checkout.
