Scary part of town and scam

Not much The check in process was a nightmare. We were told to be there at 2:00 and were kept waiting outside on the curb with our bags for over an hour. The cost for one night was €113, a total rip off.

The staf is very friendly, helpful and accessible. We needed to leave our luggage and we could leave them in our room after check out and pick it up in the evening. The luggage was brought to reception for us. The room is spacious, there were more than enough towels. The furniture is new (almost everything IKEA). We booked this last minute because the price was sharp. It is very noisy outside and we get the building tremble several times. The rooms are very old, there was a large stain from water leakage on the ceiling and the halls are not clean. The floor in the bathroom did not look clean and we found leftovers in a drawer from a previous guest. It did not make me feel safe and this weighed heavy on my overall score.

When we first arrived the lights were not working, the room was ok but the beds were not very comfortable. There was a huge water leak stain on the ceiling. The bathroom was spacious but seemed old, the shower was super small and didn’t seem clean. Breakfast was supposed to be included but the “server” said our room number was not on the list and they didn’t have much there anyway. I messaged the property management about the rudeness of the server and did not get any response. The neighborhood was dirty but there are few restaurants that looked good, we ate at one and food was delicious. Only stayed one night there.

Location. Although near the train station is abit more dodgy but overall is good. Staff is good and friendly and there’s a cute golden retriever welcoming u at the lobby. Super cute. I don’t like the smart lock for the room. Took me 10 mins to get in the room.

The hotel is in a great location close to the centrale train station. The rooms are large, basic, and clean. The owner has worked hard to turn a beautiful old Napoli building into good tourist accommodation. The breakfasts have all you need to eat on the go, and the staff member serving was pleasant and welcoming. Just a few things are letting this place down from a 10 as a tourist hotel. The shower heads. A few other guests we spoke to had the same problem. The water sprays everywhere. The water pressure is good, so it should not be hard to fix. The lift is old, small, and makes strange sounds. We had a lot of smoke in our room. The owner said it was from an electrical fault with the fire alarm system.

I arrived very late, and there is no front desk, so there was someone just answering a phone in Italian, only because there was someone to help me I could go inside, but it’s not a good neighborhood. Also there wasn’t hot water to take a shower

Very friendly staff and great location. The aircondition was not work properly in the room but after my request, they changed the room without hesitation which is higlhy appreciated! Breakfast also really nice with a charming teras. Elevator is slow

Próximo a estação de trem principal da cidade. Close to the city's main train station. Quarto não possui frigobar, o que é interessante no verão. Room does not have a minibar, which is interesting in summer.

The staff Location

Staff Julia was very helpful and hotel is good. Location is super near by central station.

The Hotel is near Napoli Centrale train station, there are regional trains and metro lines. The center is away about 2-2.5km. The breakfast was ok, staff also, especially girl in the reception. Clean room with ac and tv, and terrace. I would come back again. The neighborhood was little dirty, but Napoli is very dynamic.

The matress Air-conditioned Room space Breakfast was very poor; Bathroom full of calcareous stains; Some furniture and bathroom sink looked like it was going to fall apart any moment we use it; The shower was very bad, couldn't regulate the temperature, and pressure was super low; Reception was unhelpful and rude. We found it close during normal expected working hours (8-20h). Requests went unanswered. Security was bad. "Hotel" was located on top of a residential building without a code protected door to separate from the main staircase (open access to everyone in the building). The side door for late night access was also sketchy since the code was the same for everyone with access to the courtyard.
