Not much. This is not a 3 star hotel, I would struggle to give it 1. Our fault for relying on Booking.com’s star rating but didn’t have hours to read reviews - lesson learnt! The receptionist was pleasant enough but didn’t seem to know the area, even where we could get a coffee before we could get into our room as we arrived about half hour before official check-in. The location was picked due to a collection point for a trip out of the city. We would have moved to another hotel if we were in Naples any longer and hadn’t arranged an airport transfer early the next morning. Everything, we sat in the food hall at the train station after our trip with a beer to avoid going back to the hotel. Our room was very tired, it looked clean but didn’t feel it as everything needed updating. There was no hold for the shower head which was just hanging. There was no noise proofing, so trying to sleep was very hard, especially with an early start the next day, it felt like the lady in the room next door was sat in the corner (if we had a chair in the room). Basic is an understatement, it was a room with a bed with no comforts.

The property itself was in quite an unclean area of Naples, however the actual room was the opposite, it was clean and comfortable. Noisy at night.

Near to station. Good size room. Employees were very helpful all of them whom I met. Specially the young receptionist Not so much furniture in the room. No sound proofing

:) breakfast was ok. Location was close to different turistic places It was super noisy, listening to all of the traffic around and even airplanes (how also it was mentioned that windows supposed to be noise canceling). No shuttle bus servises from/to the airport.

On booking.com it stated that the room would come with a balcony and city view. We had neither. Despite discussing this with the hotel there was nothing they could do and no compensation given.

Nothing to like about this hotel. We reached there at 9 pm but the hotel was locked. Hotel did not inform anything the check-in time deadline. Do not book this hotel. There is no staff there on site. Even when office is contacted through phone number, they were rude and did not explain that why they did not tell before time that check-in time is limited.

Great location with easy walking access to Centro Storico. Found a brilliant restaurant called Mia Ferrovia close by. Hotel reception was a nightmare! We arrived after 20.00 to find reception closed and instructions required all passport details for 3 people to be entered on-line on smart phone. Form filling was impossible due o translation confusion and bad design. After several phone calls, entry was allowed based on photos of passports. Access was not through front door but a dingy iron gate into a poorly lit yard. Not a pleasant experience!

Comfortable bed and coffee Check in - the hotel made a very poor impression on me. I checked with the hotel if it was ok to arrive late at night and they sent me a thumb up. When I arrived at around 11pm it was closed and after a couple of calls to the hotel I received a link for online check in, which was impossible to complete with questions they asked. I had to call again and send my passport photo, after explaining the difficulty, to receive a code for the doors. I was kept outside of the hotel on my own, which didn’t feel pleasant. Breakfast wasn’t impressive.

Nothing No one at the hotel reception. Place all locked up. Couldn't check in online because it wouldn't take some of the information. Was not told at any stage before arrival that I would need codes to get in. Rang the hotel phone number and a man answered. He kept saying I had to check-in online and wouldn't listen to the fact I couldn't do it. He sent down a young girl to me in a FILTHY uniform with very little English. Brought through a dirty courtyard and up an old lift to where my room was. Not much room in the shower/toilet. Room was also very bare. I left and checked into another hotel. This is not a fake review as the hotel is trying to make out. When I eventually got in, I sat on the bed for at least half an hour waiting for codes. There wasn't even a chair in the room. The manager on the phone was very rude. It was then I decided to leave.

We turned up and were told the hotel was full despite having paid and got confirmation. We will be complaining.
