I did not like that someone came into our room while we were out just to make the bed but not to actually clean. (ie: sanitize the floors, sanitize the toilet, sanitize the sink). There was no 'do not disturb' sign to hang outside our door to let them know we did not want any turn down services.

It was very central to a lot of the tourist attractions in Naples. Surrounded by great food and restaurants. Was very easy and clear to self check in. It was a little scary at night, but was expected in such a big city.

Just about everything... the staff was so very helpful! The room was very clean, and comfortable. Nothing...

The room was very clean The exterior of the building was falling apart and I was asked to pay a $15 Euro tourist fee in cash before checking out. No elevator on premises and it was difficult hauling luggage up several flights of stairs.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless, which made for a very comfortable stay. Host: The owner was very nice and extremely helpful - quick to respond and eager to assist. Location: You can't beat the location! It’s just a 10-minute walk from Napoli Centrale station, 7 minutes from the famous L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele, and about 10 minutes from Gino e Sorbillo. Perfect if you're exploring Naples on foot. Space: The room is spacious and well laid out - ideal for relaxing after a day in the city WiFi and Signal: Unfortunately, the WiFi didn’t work during my entire stay. On top of that, there was zero mobile reception in the room - I tested with three different SIM cards and none of them had service. This was a major issue for me. Without working WiFi and no mobile signal, I couldn’t make calls, access the internet, or use maps/apps while inside. If the connectivity issue gets resolved, I would absolutely recommend this place for its location, cleanliness, and friendly host. But until then, if you rely on internet access or need to stay connected, you might want to think twice. My score is 8/10, only because of WiFi issue (normally would be 10/10).

The property is in a perfect location—right on the main street in the historical city centre, which made it easy to explore everything on foot. It was a nice touch to have a coffee bar with complimentary water and coffee. The room was nice and the balcony is looking in the main street. The host was very friendly, responded immediately to messages, and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the common area after checkout, which was very helpful. The bed was a bit small and not very comfortable—my feet were hanging off the edge. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown, as it was just a piece of small cake, but i was good.

Room only Spacious room with all facilities provided - good for an old repurposed building such as this Shower pressure was weak and substandard Also one time we had a problem with the front door entry where neither the key nor the keypad were operating effectively - fortunately someone was coming out as we were entering so it wasn’t a problem

Clean. Comfortable. Complementary cake was delicious Note that the 2 single beds above is not super sound proof, I could hear my friend snoring from the double bed. Not sure if the heater worked but it was abit cold. Would be nice to have a hanger for clothes in the toilet

Old building. My mother did NOT like this place. We stayed all over Italy, and this was her least favorite guest house or hotel of them all. Location is good, but the room did not meet our expectations. Poor quality beds. They also request that you sign a contract once inside the room even if you're only staying one night.

Location is just perfect! Close to the train station (you can just walk there) + super centric but not too much so you don’t get bothered by the noise. We were 3 in a room for 4 and for the time we spent in the room it was more than good! They offer coffee,tea and some muffins for having a quick break fast but either way,just down in the street is full of bars. Located next to the main attractions like Napoli Sotteranea, the Dome, San Gregorio, Basilica di San severo etc.. The stuff is just AMAZING! everyone is super nice and helpful. I would definitely come back here. Unfortunately there is not enough space for putting clothes and luggages. We were 3 with 2 hand luggages and a backpack and we had to use one bed for putting all the stuff (also,going in winter does not help because of the coats occupying a lot of space). In the bathroom as well there is no space for hanging anything which makes it very complicated to handle with all the towels.

Very good location in Centro Storico. Easy check in and out. Without breakfast but possibility to drink coffee or tea and have a small snack. Due to its location a little noisy.
