Everything was perfect, the staff were very helpful and room was clean. The location is very good, near the Metro and not too far from port. Only an elevator part, there is an elevator to 1st floor only but our room was on 2nd floor. We have 2 big luggages so it was not that convenient for us. However, the staff were very helpful, they came to help bringing the luggages to our room.

The staff were great! Accommodated our early tour time and had breakfast ready for us before we left! A small problem with plumbing was taken care of very quickly! Bed was a bit harder than we are accustomed to. But we were so tired from all our walking about it didn’t keep us from sleeping!

Very comfortable for a short stay in Naples. Breakfast was mostly sweet items so choice was more limited if pastries and cake aren’t your thing. My husband was happy with the choice though!

What could have been better for me is toi have had an early breakfast option since I was there for work. Also, not problem for me, but elevator only to first floor and rooms on third. Great place for leisure travel.

Service, room was nice and everything was perfectly clean. Fridge with water and cola filled in for free everyday. Location is just perfect. We needed to leave very early for the airport, the taxi was arranged for us and we even got small breakfast in the room for us. Breakfast room is very nice and cozy, there was enough food and very good variety/selection. Would definitely want to come back.

Great hotel! Very convenient location - in the center and not far from the ferry terminal. It was quiet, despite the fact that the windows overlooked the street. Delicious breakfasts with wonderful pastries. Clean and cozy. Attentive and caring staff. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Naples!

Everything was ok, I liked the tea/coffee, pressure of shower, lovely staff, location, clean linen, new towels, security, lovely pastries , attention of breakfast people & accessibility. Thank you Anna The mould in the shower was confronting. It needs to be cleaned there was a mark on curtains. The toilet needs to be looked at .it doesn’t flush easily

The rooms, the shower rooms, the access, the breakfast was very good Couldn't find a member of staff at breakfast time who could advise us if we could leave our baggage on the last morning.

The property serves a good choice of breakfast, the staff is around throughout the whole time when it is served to prepare you a fresh cup of coffee, or tea. Our room very very well equipped, even had a huge jacuzzi in it! After a whole day spent wondering around Naples, those jacuzzi bubbles were well deserved :) At the day of our departure we had to leave before breakfast was served, hence the property owner/manager ensured it was brought to our room the night before, so we can have some refreshment before leaving the place. They have also arranged a taxi to come and pick us up at the morning of our departure - a good choice to make as it was much cheaper this way than to catch a taxi on the street.

Strategically located near the port and also city center. Convenient to walk to anywhere. Room is very clean and maintained to high standard. Room is big, separate toilet, jacuzzi and balcony view. Easy check in and friendly butler cum barista and breakfast chef. We had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended. Pillow is too soft and thin. Very weak wifi signal on the newly opened 3rd floor. Recommend the owner to add a wifi repeater or router on the 3rd floor.

The hosts, Marina and Anna, were fantastic and made our stay extremely comfortable. They were attentive to all our needs and always there to help us. Great place to stay, very clean, comfortable, centrally located and close to all ferries departing from Naples. Great restaurant right next to the place (Vineco Ristorante & Pizzeria). We will stay there for sure next time we are in Naples. Airline lost our luggage and we were late arriving at the hotel way past the check-in time, Marina stayed late and waited for to check us in, which was truly world-class! All goooooood!
