Best view over the city from the terrace, fantastic breakfast, the best bed, when you feel like sleeping on the cloud, splendid breakfast (starts at 6.30 am!)

Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you order a boiled egg for breakfast you have to pay extra!! Pillows very uncomfortable. I ordered a crib for my 2 year old baby and it’s too small, he could barely fit in it.

The location was good and we appreciated the on site, garage parking. Every staff member was kind and helpful and greeted us with a smile. Very good breakfast options with a great view of the harbor.

central area close to shops. felt safe. Given the price tag and luxury amenities detailed online I was expecting more. Front staff was rude on arrival. We were not told about the hotel amenities and where to find them. It was obvious they cater to a higher clientele and maybe since we were 2 American women we got dismissed. Overall, not a great first impression. Will not stay there again but also not planning to visit Naples again either.

Staff was mostly very good. We called one night from a restaurant hoping to get help with a cab back to the hotel and they were not particularly helpful. We finally asked for the number of a cab company they used and they provided it. We were also not informed about some of amenities, like the pool, which we would have used had we known about it.
