Great vibe.Felt like part of the community. Like your own apt. No fridge.

Very big room and friendly staff. It is located in a very charming building in a good neighborhood. There is a train station practically next to the hotel. The bathroom was leaking. And since the hotel is an apartment with the rooms as hotel rooms, whenever people talked in the hallway, you could hear them which wasn't very pleasant if you wanted to sleep or rest.

We liked the location of the hotel, close to the Longomare, good restaurants and to the funicular that easily took us to other areas of the city. Nice 19th century building. The room was comfortable with good amenities. The dark brocade-like bedding that is not the type that gets washed often enough. The dark curtains as well. The room needs to be lighten up. The small rugs need to be cleaned more regularly. The fake flowers in the room and common areas look like they have been collecting dust since just after WWII. In addition they are unattractive arrangements. There is an awkward small step up to the shower and toilet. We have been traveling for 5 weeks and this is the first hotel that has charged us for bottled water. I also think the balcony needs some repair. It looks really unsafe.

Comfortable stay for a few days in rather safe neighboorhodd of Naples, nice staff, good facility. The hotel is located on the fourth floor of an apartment and in general rather small. Umcomplicated check in & out.

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. When we arrived in the hotel the first question was, instead of how our journey was, to pay 27 euro in cash. The payment was hardly documented. No recept was given and we therefore could not check this. The Indian looking receptionist hardly speaks English and lingers around the hotel all day like some sort of guard — which created an uncomfortable atmosphere — only the hotel room itself felt accessible. Staying in the room longer in the morning felt awkward, as there was no communication about whether or when the room would be cleaned. Although the surroundings, the view, and probably the intentions of the staff were good, I would not recommend this hotel, which is more like a B&B.

The location is great. That’s the best part. It doesn’t have a breakfast buffet. You have to preorder (previous day) the breakfast you want (not too many options) and they bring it to you on the room! There’s not a 24h reception or receptionist (nobody late at night in case you need anything) and the thing that made an impression was that they told me to pay for two small bottles of still water I used, even if I’ve paid good money for my 2+1 nights at the Hotel and most important even if I’ve left them 3-4 bottles of water that I’ve bought from the super market and I couldn’t carry them on the airport! With the excuse that it’s a different “brand” of still water than the one they use on the room refrigerator!!! Personally if I could change something at the rooms it would be adding on the windows a mosquito protection so that the customers open the window for some fresh air and don’t worry about mosquitos and flies. It’s easy and cheap. And people will not have closed windows and turn on the A/C… The Hotel will save money too…

The location is excellent. It's not a usual hotel, it's on the fourth floor of a big building. You get into a corridor and from there you have the rooms. In the building there are many neighbours. At 8 someone from an apartment below started to drill the walls. Nothing to blame the hotel for though. My room was just face to face with the reception what was a little uncomfortable and noisy as well, but ok. The room inside was ok for the amount of stars.

Mo proper breakfast facilities. No kettle in the room or complimentary items like water & biscuits etc

Perfect for one night

Clean, safe with security guard downstairs and triple lock system.

This was my third visit to this hotel. It continues to be an outstanding experience. The room was again lovely, clean, well looked after and stylish with a very large comfortable bed and perfectly working bathroom and shower. The view from the balcony is wonderful and the location is absolutely perfect for transport, restaurants, bars and supermarket and a 10 minute walk to the sea. The staff as always were attentive and courteous. We can’t wait to come back to our favourite hotel in Naples. Nothing

Location, big room

It was very cozy. The room was a decent size and we liked that the bathroom was separated by a middle room. This isn’t a negative, but the hotel felt a little bed & breakfast-ey. That was unexpected but nothing wrong with it.

Good location and comfortable Building work going on that wasn’t mentioned also we were charged 30 euros to check in after 11pm which I thought was poor, as a key could have been left. Finding the hotel was also difficult due to no sign.
