The hotel is located in the middle part of Naples, below it to reach the center and the most important events in the city. You pass through the popular lanes of Naples. The place is very old, you can navigate through the old curved staircase system. The people are very nice, they initiate greetings. At the bottom of the slope is one of the oldest and most prestigious popular markets in the city. Above, to the right of the hotel, you can experience a panoramic view of the city. There are many stairs in the city, so you should be prepared and fit. Also, public transport is unreliable and inconsistent; it's advisable to have a car or taxi.

The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. I disliked everything about this place. It’s in a dangerous neighborhood. The access is not easy to find and dangerous if you have any mobility issues, including minor ones. This place has no information on its profile that speaks about these issues. The room was a closet. The floor, towels, sheets were all dirty. NOTHING was good about this place,

Very friendly staff. I like the location. Not in the centre, but an exceptional view. Beautiful building. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Not a bad location. The view from the window is not bad either. The room seems normal. But in fact, everything is very flimsy. The bed is broken and creaks. The mattress is sagging. The pillow is very thin. The furniture is dirty, cheap and old. The shower is very small and not comfortable. Although there is a view from the window. It is impossible to open the window normally. Only half. Why? And what's more, it was not even possible to move the curtains aside. Why did you attach them there? The slippers were so thin that if they were made of paper, they would have been thicker. There was no sign to hang on the door handle so as not to disturb. The breakfast is very poor. The vegetables have been lying on the plate probably since last week. They are dried out and wilted. But the worst thing is the smell in the whole hotel. They are poisoning rats there or something. But this smell does not go away, even if you open the windows. It is impossible to sleep with it. Very bad. If price there 10 euros per night it will suits this place.

Good place. Kind and helpful receptionists. Nice surroundings of the hotel. Many cafes, minimarkets. Near cable car. Silent room. Good breakfast and dinner. Nice view from terrace of the hotel. You can left luggage after check out. I can recommend it. creaky bed

Breakfast was acceptable however the dishes with fresh produce were not readily replaced when used sometimes leaving little choice For myself and wife the location was not ideal. Rooftop area would benefit from a little maintenance.

The receptionist was extremely helpful. There was a payable safe parking at the property and the instructions we were given to find it were very detailed. In terms of location we were a few meters away from the tram station that would take us to the center in a few minutes. The room was very standard but value for money. The shower cabin was too small.

It was conveniently located and the staff could not have been nicer!! Nothing

Cleanliness was good. I guess this is the only aspect og the hotel that I appreciated. Several. - They gave a written confirmation that I could check-in between 10AM and 11AM but when I went there, they said the room would be ready by 12:30 at the earliest. It appears the concept of check-in and check-in-to-the-room is different in their understanding. However, when a customer asks for an early check-in, it is a no-brainer to understand what is meant here. Apparently the reservation people preferred to stay on the deceptive side bu hiding behind some wording tricks. - The hotel is on top of a hill which is not ideal for a fun stay and you need to make two changes (metro + funicular) and do some additional walking to the hotel. Do not even think about walking from the metro station to the hotel. It is way too steep. - The shower is too too small for a person of average height (I’d say 180cm or 6’). 80cm x 80cm is NOT a standard shower dimension. There is no universal standard for it. You get what you install. And this hotel preferred on for very small people. - This hotel is not for long stays. 1 day or maybe 2 max. - Interiors could have been charming but they preferred to keep everywhere empty without carpets and ghostly. - They have a decent sized backyard which is dedicated only to cars. Some part of it could be used for guests with a gazebo and some nice benches.

It’s really quiet and big rooms. The cable car is so convinient to explore the upper part of Napoli. I would return here next time.

Easy and comfortable. Nice staff! Good communication (in English)with 90% of the staff

Staff was pretty nice but had friends hanging around the lobby. Weird. It was clean. Nice bathroom. Decent value for money. Location wasn’t that good. It was very ugly. The tiles were hideous and parts of the hotel were really old.

The room was great and the view from our window was the best part! A big thanks to the guy at the reception, who gave us some useful travel tips and made our visit so much easier! I would say the location was a little difficult reach but nothing crazy

Clean and not too far from downtown. Great parking Could be better stuffed in the hotel (terrace or corridor) as it is a good looking hotel.
