The hospitality was great. The staff went above and beyond to facilitate our schedule, store bags, etc. Anything along Umberto street is going to be loud. Road noise

Floor 3 in Italy is the 4th floor to Americans :) The reception is on that floor, fyi. We kicked the steps in the room a few times forgetting they were there; there are a couple steps from the entry to the beds.

Clean and well-equipped room, very friendly staff, Optional breakfast at a nearby bakery was not available from 7:00 a.m., as we were informed.

Francesca was a great host and good comms throughout our stay and beyond. Room was great, clean, modern and spacious , couldn't fault it. Lovely comfy bed and small balcony to people watch from Location of property is on a very busy arterial road which leads into the storico centre. Although this did have its advantages by being near the port and some great restaurants and tourist spots. Loved the hotel being a quiet haven away from the hub bub and it felt very safe and secure.

Staff was very communicative in person and online, helped us coordinate an early transfer to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable with big bathroom. We had one big bug in the room, but we took care of it!

Price, location, large space. The gate inside the front door is not intuitive, I asked the person to check me in to show me in person how to get in and out of the building. It worked fine from there.

The breakfast was nicely done and very convenient. Overall, this was a really nice place and a good value. The owner was on site and was very helpful.

Very clean and spacious room close to the city centre. One of the best and comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Delicious breakfast and extremely kind staff. Transport to the airport is with extra charge but very convenient!! I appreciated the fact that we had paid for breakfast and even though we would be on a road trip and couldn't make it on the serving hours, the owner gave us the choice of earlier breakfast in a bar few meters away ( delicious choices as well). Thank you for everything we will surely visit you again sometime! We would be happy to accommodate you in one of our Phidias houses in Thessaloniki, Greece ??!! Everything was excellent! Keep in mind it's a loud city , crowed and vibrating!!

The property was easily accessible by public transport and has a lift to access the 3rd floor. We found the property easily. The room was comfortable for 4 for 2 nights, although the steps in the room are a little dark and the sign is small…this could be made more obvious with a painted yellow strip, for example. The staff were very welcoming and they allowed us into our room early. The breakfast was simple and traditional and Rosario was very accommodating and friendly. The main road is busy, 24/7, so be aware of noise. The blinds, that black out the room, and the windows are good quality and block out a lot of the sound. We slept very well. A great stay, overall.

Good size, comfortable room and airport pick-up (scheduled late arrival) was very useful. Would benefit from having coffee as well as tea sachets - no milk either. Would benefit from having some fresh fruit available at breakfast. Permanent strip lighting on step within room (Room 1) was essential for H&S but we could have been advised beforehand to bring eye masks.
