Once you get inside the property is beautiful and very clean. The views from the windows/balconies are stunning! ? Getting from the street level up to Lux is a little challenging with multiple doors and an older elevator.

Best view of Naples Bay. Forgetting that on weekends and evenings - you need a coin to operate the lift. 6 floors up!

Wasn’t bad but you get what you pay for Power outage and we were hot and could not get a response until the next day however they said I’d be issued a credit

The elevator was broken down and I had to go to the tenth floor by stairs and on the day of leaving I had to carry my 3 bags alone without help on the stairs

Stunning views of Vesuvius. Friendly staff, prompt response to queries. They provided the full instruction in advance on how to navigate to the apartment and get to the room.

Immaculate apartment with a lovely view. On the downside, the room is small, as is the balcony. It mystifies me why the kitchen is locked after breakfast, especially as there is no kettle in the room. The location is a 35 euro taxi ride from the centre of town.

The view was amazing and staff were nice Very bad to park , the room was small. To get up to the property wasn’t easy , had a tiny lift and you had to pay every time you went up.

I made the reservation for my dad and he told me he had an amazing stay. No negative feedback concerning the hotel.

We love the location and the view. The balcony room has unobstructed view of Mt. Vesuvio, the sunrise was amazing. The staff are very accommodating. You need 10 cents to use the elevator going up during the daytime. This is not an issue but it should be mentioned.

This is advertised as a Bed and breakfast— however you cannot have breakfast anytime that isn’t convenient to the host. When we did go to breakfast the host (male) stared at us (two females) the entire time we are breakfast at a distance of maybe six feet away. Very bizarre behavior, felt extremely uncomfortable.

The view is amazing, even in the rooms without balcony. There's some very cute restaurants on both sides of the hotel in a few minutes walk, and a supermarket nearby The room was veryyyy small and it is about 5km outside the centre of Napoli so you do have to take a long walk or a taxi/bus to get there. We didn't mind walking as it was a nice neighbourhood to discover though!
