Good breakfast & dinner menu The location at the top of the funicular, away from the hustle & bustle, was perfect for us. The rooftop bar in the evening was beautiful. -

Location was great. Quieter end of town but just at the top of a funicular. And it has some beautiful views. The staff were lovely too. The pool is small, and you need to book it. But that was a little luxury having that space to yourself. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Really pleasant property with good rooms and common areas - with the restaurant and rooftop bar areas stealing the show!! Excellent views over the bay of Naples to Vesuvius. Every single staff member from desk staff, porterage, bar staff and cleaners were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. It is a little remote but the nearby funicular and taxis balance this out.

The hotel is very nice, nice decor and friendly staff, especially the girls on reception, breakfast and bar/terrace staff. The reception area of the hotel is very pleasant and a nice area to relax. Breakfast was very reasonable and the choice of food overall was very good. The location is in a nice area and you can get to the centre using the funicular which is less than a 5 minute walk then once at the bottom it's a 10 minute walk to the metro station. *Note, some metros don't run from the afternoon onwards or at night, so, taxis were necessary. Napoli is also a good base to visit - Capri, Amalfi coast and Pompeii etc. The things I found took the shine off the holiday were: A large barking dog nearby woke me each morning. In our room there was some kind of pipe work in the wardrobe area that made a loud whooshing sound each time the room above used their toilet, sink or shower this happened during the night too. I would have asked to move rooms but by the time I'd heard this noise the first night I'd unpacked all of our belongings for the week. Instead I purchased ear plugs which helped. Some of the light switches didn't work on one side of the bed meaning my partner couldn't control the lights on his side. There was no plug on my side of the bed so I was unable to keep my phone charging near me, so unable to tell time overnight without putting the light on. I could have fed back these issues but I was sure they couldn't be resolved during my stay.

View was stunning, sunrise and views over the bay, food was great, staff were very friendly and accommodating for our dietary needs Only way to reach it was via taxi, which was a bit expensive

The breakfast was a good value for the price. It was plentiful and food was good. The people at front desk were not very friendly. There was no little shop to purchase incidentals or to get change

The view was breathtaking. The room was nice and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was tasty. I appreciated the the robes and slippers in the room. The restaurant didn't open until 7:30. I understand that's the custom in Italy but for an international hotel, an earlier opening would be greatly appreciated. The location caused the price of taxis to be high. Perhaps the hotel could provide a shuttle to the downtown area a couple of times a day. A ramp into the lobby area would make it easier to deal with luggage.

Beautiful location overlooking the Naples Bay The front desk staff was a bit rude not welcoming.

Great view and very nice staff Vers thinwalled and noisy in the morning. The caged birds dont help the situation in front of the window.
