Quiet in the room. Breakfast ok No staff for check in. Took awile to get used to being totally self sufficient. Noisy neighborhood. Hard to find. But we got used to it and did function well.
-
Very clean and great location to main train station. Breakfast could improve.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. While it didn’t have a particularly warm or cozy vibe, it was still a solid and reliable choice. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay in Napoli.

We stayed for just one night. The room was very large, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was ok. We reached the hotel easily from the train station. We took some shortcuts, but it’s better to stick to the main roads. One thing I liked less—though this is just my personal opinion—was the tiled flooring, which made the room feel quite cold (probably this is a good thing during summer :) ). We traveled in February and happened to arrive on a very cold day, so we had to turn on the air conditioning for heating to make the room more comfortable.

Enormous room with everything needed. Good location walkable to many places and close to public transportation. Good value. Check in was easy wifi was very inconsistent and would keep dropping

Though simple, the room is comfortable, and well equipped with a refrigerator, kettle and sitting area.Despite being a 15 minute walk from some legendary pizzerias in a famously noisy city, the room is quiet. The breakfast, which not luxurious, had a good range of options and excellent coffee. Overall an excellent value. Checking in was a bit awkward.

Loved the location and the fact that it was easy walking distance to shops, reastaurants, the metro. Liked the easy check-in. It is listed as a bed and breakfast so we were assuming the breakfast was included. We didn't think the breakfast was worth 7 euros each. The beds were too firm
-
Great place, with a location just steps from the heart of old town. The owner is so nice, and makes breakfast for everyone in the morning.
-
The mattress is too firm for my wife and I.
-
It's conveniently situared in the city center with everything just around the corner.

Exceptional

Safe didn't work (probably my own fault and didn't ask), very little hot water per shower (50 litres). Neighborhood dirty and didn't feel as safe. All of Naples is dirty. Maybe trash worker strike? Stacked up on streets...

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Room was basic however as advertised and you get what you pay for. It was clean and big enough for a family of five. We only used the hotel to sleep so for us it was great. You wouldn’t really want to spend time here during the day relaxing. Good, hot, powerful shower. Before our stay, I asked if we could leave luggage for a couple of hours after check out, they said it was fine. However, I feel that at that point they should’ve told us that there was a charge rather than leaving it until the time we actually wanted to leave the luggage.

The property communicated prior to arrival via WhatsApp, which was helpful. Nice shower. About 15 min walk from main train station. Directions to the B&B were confusing and we couldn’t find the entrance (thankfully a neighbor pointed us to the door). You have to lug your bags up 2 flights of stairs as the elevator didn’t work when we were there. They don’t book taxis in advance, which made for a stressful morning trying to call an early morning taxi to the airport.

The room was large and the bathroom one of the biggest hotel bathrooms I've ever seen. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very efficiently. Breakfast was very reasonable at €7 per person. Renato was an excellent host and always willing to assist. He called a taxi to the airport when I checked out, which was there in 4 minutes and cost €20. The property is located in the first floor, but that was in no way an inconvenience, There is a list for people with a physical problem, or who simply don't like walking upstairs. It is a short walk to Via Tribunali, Via Duomo, Naples Underground and the cathedral. I walked everywhere in Naples, and it was not a problem. I highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Naples. Nothing

Location is unsafe. The bed was very uncomfortable, it was a foam that would fit pull down towards the split in the middle so you were sleeping on a slant. Hot water heater is an ¿instant¿ but will only give you a few minutes of hot water

amazing location, nice staff and clean room!! the room is small and the there were not enough hot water although we waited 10 min from one shower to the other….
-
Very convenient localization in the area of historic center - close to the all the things worth to see. The apartment and the whole place of the B&B was very nice, clean and comfortable with all the needed facilities. The Italian breakfast was great. The people of the B&B were always helpful, polite and open. The B&B Borbone was realy the right choice. Only one remark - if you come by car you should book at the B&B Borbone the parking service ( it's opposite to the B&B Borbone = Luca Garage ) - the streets are crowdy with cars so it is not easy to find the parking place.
