The hotel is in the historic center of Naples, at the beginning of Spaccanapoli, very close to the train station where the bus from the airport drops you off. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. The host, Antonio, was very friendly and provided us with useful information. We appreciated that we were given the room earlier than the check-in time. Breakfast was a classic Italian breakfast: coffee, a croissant, and juice. We would have appreciated it if the towels were changed, although it’s not something we asked for.

A bit run down (though the outside looks much worse than the inside), pay for elevator, and not high quality — what you pay for.

We were very pleased with our room, we got a real taste of Naples old town vibes. very secure, lift is quirky. breakfast was brought to our room in the morning . Fabulous view of market and Duomo from balcony. Delightful stay.will be back nothing

The room was very comfortable, quiet and very clean. The host was very kind, and attentive. Breakfast was great, and the property is close to many bars, restaurants and attractions. The Garibaldi Central station is between a 5-10 minute walk, and accessible by taxi front the front of the property. The neighbourhood of the property is disgusting, with rubbish littering the streets. This was a detraction from what is nice accommodation.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. Coffee making facilities and snacks. We were given a ticket for breakfast and the cafe was pointed out to us but we couldn't find it the next day so ended up buying breakfast elsewhere. From the pictures on booking com, it suggested breakfast was onsite. Only a slight problem as everything else was great.

Location is great, near to duomo, piazza Spagna. Host was very nice, brought each morning fresh croissant and fine cappuccino. Enough towels, TV, shower gel/shampoo, air conditioner. 5th floor, but there is an elevator. -

Great place to stay in Naples! The host greeted us when we arrived and was available throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and had a mini fridge and air conditioning. It was in a very convenient location in the city center and close to the central station. We stayed Wednesday to Saturday, so we only noticed loud street noise on Friday night, which is expected in the city, but it ended around 1am so it wasn't much of a problem. The breakfast was a highlight! Delicious cappuccinos and croissants were delivered right to our room every morning. There was also a mini market next door for anything else we needed. Nothing!
