They have to close the hotel,renovate and then open.

Excellent location, very clean place and kind staff at the front desk and breakfast. The place is decent and well located, but at 230 euros per night I expected more. Breakfast was very basic (white toast only, no eggs), and the room was quite small for the price. Overall, it is acceptable, but the price–quality relationship is poor and it is significantly overpriced for what is offered.

Everything was excellent

From check-in to check-out, my stay at the Airone Hotel in Naples, Italy was very enjoyable. The staff were welcoming, professional and quick to respond to requests (for example when I needed a late checkout they accommodated without fuss). My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with reliable air conditioning and good WiFi — exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. N/A

Fabio at the front desk was very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was adequate, but a little too basic.

Clean and friendly hotel, with comfortable beds, in excellent location 5 mins walk to old town and short taxi to the marina (EUR 10). Front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and getting a taxi (agreeing the rate)- thank you Fabiano and Michele! Note that the front desk is staffed 24/7. Also the hotel is close to a Metro stop (we didn’t use). All good! We got to breakfast at 8:45 and some of the buffet items were already eaten and not refreshed, but, also we didn’t ask to refresh. We had fluffy croissants and nice coffee!

The staff at this hotel was excellent. We especially liked Michele and Fabio who gave us a lot of advice and assistance during our 10 day stay. The cleaning staff was really good as well. The entire hotel was spotless and we felt that we were very well cared for. The property was very near all the places we needed or wanted to go. It was 1 block from the train, 3 blocks from the ferry and 3 blocks from Toledo street which has shopping, museums and food. We found the location perfect. Also there was a gelato shop and grocery store across the street. Everything was great!

The service was outstanding!!! Michele at the front desk was super helpful, knowledgeable, polite and overall wonderful to deal with. The staff person at the breakfast place on the rooftop was very good. She was pleasant and provided excellent service.

Reasonably priced, comfortable hotel in a good location. (Walking distance to ferry, waterfront promenade and tourist sites). We stayed one night. 15 minute drive to airport. Nothing

Staff was very helpful & accommodating. Convenient & quiet. Very clean. Good Wifi. Very nice for a short stay. Room was very small - couldn't both open our suitcases at the same time without using the bed, which I don't like to do. We were on 3 wk trip so had med size bags. Wouldn't have been an issue with small bags. Shower was pretty tight for my tall husband. Not an issue being there for only one night.

Location was great, close to marina, airport and train station. All good.

The location is good. Fabio was very helpful with giving us tips and plans for turning the city. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast is very basic. No eggs, no vegetables.
