Excellent location right in the heart of the historic area. Many restaurants and shopping places right outside. Will definitely recommend. Had a balcony right over the main road, love that once we shut the balcony doors the room was entirely quiet.

Domenico our host was a great communicator, his recommendations were much appreciated. I would visit again.

Nice hotel and location for the price. Domenico, the concierge, was so nice and took the time to outline several good restaurants as well as places to see close to the hotel. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

The worst

The location was fabulous, in the middle of everything and right in front of a taxi stand that made getting to the airport very easy. The breakfast was great too. Unfortunately there was a bad odor in our room and it did not feel that clean.

Ich habe das Hotel für zwei Nächte mit Frühstück gebucht und hatte quasi kein Frühstück erhalten. Am ersten Morgen konnte ich kein Frühstück zu mir nehmen aufgrund eines Ausfluges. Daher fragte ich an der „Rezeption“ (da die Zimmer selbst in einem anderen Gebäude sind) ob ich Frühstück vor 8 Uhr to go haben kann. Jedoch konnte man mir dies nicht anbieten, da es Frühstück ab 8 Uhr gib (sowas habe ich auch noch in keinem Hotel gesehen). Die Dame die das Frühstück vorbereitet war ziemlich überfordert von dieser Anfrage. Nach mehreren hin und hin her, sagte sie mir zu. Ich war am nächsten Tag dort wie vereinbart und das Frühstück to Go war nicht ready, sie brauchte immer wieder Zeit um das Frühstück vorzubereiten. Ich komme wieder zurück und musste mir selbst einen Croissant in einer Tüte packen, dafür wurde mit mir den ganzen Tag zuvor diskutiert und hätte sogar den Bus verpasst. Ich habe gedacht, dass Sie etwas einfach to Go vorbereitet weshalb ich solange warten musste. Unglaublich! Am nächsten Morgen, stand ich vor geschlossener Tür, keine Rezeption, keine Mitarbeiter und somit kein Frühstück. Ich wurde über nichts informiert und musste den Mitarbeiter über WhatsApp anschreiben. Er erkälte mir dass es einen Strom Ausfall gab und daher kein Frühstück möglich ist. Also habe ich umsonst quasi zwei Nächte mit Frühstück bezahlt. Er hat mir als wieder gutmachung einen Kaffee angeboten (nicht angenommen) jedoch finde ich das unmöglich mit Gästen so umzugehen.

Don’t stay here. There are other options that are much more worth your money. The reception isn’t staffed you have to call to notify them you are arriving and then they charge an extra 10Euro for check-ins after 6pm. The room is down the street from the reception but there is no way to know that. The air conditioning did not work and they never responded to the message asking for assistance. Breakfast is in the main reception building down the street and is just ok. The woman making breakfast was very helpful with the checkout because staff never responded to the message asking how to check out since nobody was at the front desk. It’s not in a safe neighborhood and with no staff to assist you, it’s not worth getting robbed for. No communication at all. It’s definitely an social media switch and bait

Poor customer service. No onsite staff. We waited 30 minute in the hot weather in the street for the reception to show up. The reception desk was in another building down the street. There was no sign to know in advance that you should go to the other bouilding. Dirty bathroom. Safe box was not available. Breakfast was very limited and the salon was very hot, it was not air-conditioned. You should go to anothet building for breakfast.

The property is great. Amazing and large room. City view below with tons of tourist coming and going ..walking you find incredible architecture and history around every corner just steps away!!! Antonio was spectacularly helpful and kind.. seriously just went above and beyond. I wish I liked Naples the city as much as these accomodations and this staff... They truly are top notch! I would not even consider staying anywhere else if I return to Naples...

The hotel is ok, would not stay there again. Is in a very loud area, about a restaurant/bar. Is a big room, comes with a jacuzzi inside room, which we did not use. Breakfast was terrible, everything had been there for days and was old and stale. If a good place if you are just day one night on your way to Amalfi, Capri or Sorrento. We decided to spend a night in another place.

Very nice and cleaned hotel located in a central location. High standards of cleaning throughout our stay. Highly recommend it.

Its just an ok place to spend a night. Close to many restaurants and cafes and also close to the train station.

This was my first stop on my trip and it was exactly as I expected, the room exactly as the pictures and with a balcony, above a busy street, which was what I wanted. Claudia was excellent and very helpful, breakfast was awesome

Great location in the heart of Naples. Walking distance to everything you need like the many restaurants and central train station or ferry if you want to take a day trip to Pompei or Sorrento. Air con in the room with a lovely hot tub which was great to escape the heat in July! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Happily stay here again.
