The property has a great location. It’s across from Piazza Dante and the metro station there, a short walk to the funicular to Vomero and a second metro line, walkable to the archaeological museum, and to Spaccanapoli (historic center). Our room was close to the Main Street. It was very noisy all night…scooters, dogs barking, an occasional person shouting.

Location was good. It was clean. Good enough for one night in Naples. It was not very clear were the reception was. Staff were hard to find because they were usually on the other side but there was no adequate signage. Staff were slow to respond on WhatsApp. The nightly tourist tax was increased but we were not notified of this so at the last minute, staff tried to get us to get to pay more. Staff was very helpful outside of those moments.

The location is just outstanding: next to the Spanish Quarter and Historical Center, with Dante and Monte Santa metro stations very close. The area is full of nice looking coffee shops! The team (Guido and Valeria) are very hospitable and welcoming, very attentive to every request. Noise from outside even though this is almost everywhere in Naples.

Location is a bit complicated, although well explained by management. This is a very good value, not a high class hotel.

Excellent communication by the staff. Directions for after hours entry were spot on and easy to understand. Room was as described. The balcony over looking Piazza Dante was nice, with the doors closed street noise was not bad. Room was not as clean as we’d like. Floor was dirty making our feet dirty after showering. Bathroom had curly hairs in the bidet. :(
