The location and cleanliness

The location is exceptional, within walking distance of everything. It’s in an exciting area of town, right next to a beautiful plaza with metro station, the street can be very loud, but the room has fantastic shutters that eliminated all of the street noise when needed, paired with a comfortable bed, wet slept great! The room was clean, nice, and had everything we needed. But what made this hotel truly wonderful was the staff. The staff is polite, helpful, and very friendly, Guido the hotel operator is fantastic, it’s obvious he cares very much about his guests, his hotel, and Naples. The shower is small but who cares.

I loved that it had a ton of shops and restaurants at walking distance. Very central to everything. I mean, it looks sketchy at first when you see the building but once you get upstairs, the room is AMAZING!

The location of the apartment was top, everything was in walkable distance and the host was super nice he even let us check in earlier since we arrived before time.

Likes: • Convenient location: Easy access to attractions and amenities. • Comfortable space: Rooms are large and feel clean and well-maintained. Dislikes: • Noisy at night: Street noise and a late-night burger joint disrupt sleep. • Complicated access: Multiple keys make coming and going a hassle.

A bit noisy in the morning because of construction.not a big deal

Location was central, access was easy. Facilities good. View from balcony window was of scaffolding, issue of safety and access.

When you arrive at the property address,it's a bit confusing.You enter through huge Wooden gates which are very plentiful in Naples.There is a big Marble old stairway up.You get bit of shock but then you open a door on first floor into the accommodation.What a contrast and lovely surprise.Beautiful Reception, beautiful clean odours.Beautiful rooms.So clean , comfortable and well equipped.Guido The Manager Owner,So helpful ,welcoming and charming We noticed while taking a shower, that the rainwater shower didn't work.We reported it to Guido ,who by the way is available 24hrs on what's app,was so apologetic and moved us to his best room and got the shower fixed as soon as possible.The shower was wonderful, room plenty big ,Bed super comfy with dly house keeping and fresh towels.Highly recommend.

Great location! I feel Napoli life everyday! Door key! It’s so complicated to open ! You need a technic ! Need to pull the door, insert the key and turn right! Sometimes it’s work and sometimes it’s not. There is no staffs so there is no help at all!

Very good location, you can easily access the metro and almost everything is walking distance. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were clean. I can't ask for better

Spacious room, friendly staff, good location, comfortable bead and pillows. The place has good sound isolation from the street sound. No outside view because of construction, I hope this is temporary.

The location - on a small street branching off piazza Dante - is perfect for exploring Naples. The staff were very nice and accommodating. There is an elevator in the building - a must for families with buggies. Despite the central location the place is quiet providing great sleep quality. The bed was large and comfy. Overall we liked it very much. The room service could be a tad better. The quantities of toilet paper were simply insufficient for 3 people.
