Excellent, convenient location near the metro Line 1 with walking distance to the port, via Toledo and Spaccanapoli/historical centre-that horse statue on the roundabout makes for a great orientation point! Very cool, funky decor that gives the sense of a beautiful old apartment! Housekeeper lady e’ molto gentilissima-very sweet, cordial and personable. No safety deposit box-this would be nice in a city like Napoli!!

A downside is no one is on site regularly., so I didn't understand that (a packaged) breakfast was available until my second day, when the person cleaning was able to explain what was available. The most challenging aspect may have only to do with the room I was in - Toto. Facing an alley in the back of the building, people were talking loudly until at least 1AM each night, keepiing me awake. My rating would br higher, save for that

No window in the room and soundproofing inexistent.

The location and the vibe We were in a room with window in the lobby and in the morning we were woke up by thr other gests that were eating and drinking coffee. Felt like they were with us in the room

It was the worst experience. Our room had no window. There was a large damp stain on the wall next to the air conditioner and it smelled throughout the room. The bed mattress was very bad and the pillows as well. If you want to use the elevator you have to insert everytime 0,20 cents. Is not much, but if you come at night and you forget, you have to go up two floors and the stairs are quite narrow. And there is no breakfast. Only some croissants bought from the market in a bag, a few yogurts and some juice in a box.

The place is centrally located and very easy to access. Also the instructions to access the building were very well given, so checking in was easy. The room was cozy and comfortable. There was crossaint and coffee available at all times.

Breakfast was fine, self service pre-packed croissants, bread and cookies, as well as juices and yoghurts. Area was great, close to Spanish quarters on one side and the Centro Storico on the other, and the Metro was just up a short street. Nice staff Comfortable bed Easy self-check-in with good instructions provided Clean I am a light sleeper, and even though I had earplugs I was bothered by the noise from the back alley that my window faced. Other than that everything was OK!

Very clean, staff were friendly (helpful), had a nice small balcony and the location was great (safe). The bed was a bit uncomfortable at times. Shower ran out of hot water very fast. We are a couple, first to shower had hot water… second to shower had a cold shower.

I was three nights without internet and a day and a half there was no toilet paper

The location was great, near to the port if you're planning a day trip to Capri or Ischia and a 10-15 min walk to the historic part od the city. There's a small market next for for the basic groceries. The room (Eduardo) was spatious and bright. Check in was quick. The third bed (a fold out sofa) was not very comfortable and the breakfast was very basic, packaged goods only.
