B&B Napoli La scalinata di Chiaia

The wifi did not work well in our room. No use of the kitchen. I know it's Naples but expensive for a small room.

The location of this property is great. Within walking distance of main streets, shops and attractions in Naples, but at the same time quiet as it lies at the end of an alley. The apartment is a bit unkept, with humidity in the ceiling and only the very basic kitchen utensils and toiletries. The owners are available but not very friendly.

This was an amazing place to stay in Napoli. The location is in a very quiet and comfortable location just s few steps from the center. The room itself is comfortable, roomy and has everything necessary. The common area (kitchen and the garden) is wonderful to enjoy during an easy morning and i loved that they have water and coffee available for a reasonable price. It is very clean and comfy.

The host was very nice and accommodating, friendly and helpful. There was a leakage in the bathroom, the handle of the bathroom was loose and kept coming off. The extra bed for the 3rd person was in an inconvenient position as we kept banging on it .As you walk about on the top floor you fear making noise for the tenants below. (No Noise reduction).We were surprised by many rules of no cooking, no microwave for heating food incase you bought any. A kettle would be useful.

Clean, friendly owner and very flexible, we were able to wash our clothes there too for 5 euro which was nice. Very nice, quiet neighbourhood The bed in the white room was OK but the frame was a bit loose

The owner was responsive, and explain where the place was located. The upstairs was fine if it’s only two people or couple staying. False posting of what is expected as a whole, based on the picture you expect the twin beds on frames already made ready to go. Instead we received a sofa with a pullout twin to sleep on the floor. Style of the home was different from the posting. The house was older than what was shown in the first set of pictures. The lock was stuck and we just ended up canceling the second night found a nice place where they met us in person and showed us around.

The apartment was located in a very nice part of Naples and close to the Metro. Within walking distance of Castle Ovo and the Old Town. Internet and WiFi was not working, reported first night and promised to fix next day. Engineer eventually came on fourth day of visit and not fixed at all during our stay. Meant TV did not work and missed Euro 2024 games.. shower drainage was not very good and each 5 minute shower risked overflowing into bathroom. Finally on last night owner changed the quoted tourist tax from 48 euro to 72 euro without explaining despite both owner on arrival and booking.com stating the lower value of 48 euro... is this normal?

The property was in a great location! Easy to get to and a short walk from the center of Chiaia. Host is super accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend, super secure for groups!

I liked that the centre was within walking distance of the centre. The room was just as it looked on the photos and it was clean and tidy. I didn't realise the kitchen and facilities were communal and we had to pay to use facilities like the washing machine, which was a little disappointing, and no iron and ironing board. Although it could have been an oversight on my part. Lots of steps up to the property - not a problem without our cases, but also wasn't aware.

The place is really nice and clean. Very good communication with Simona and also very good daily cleaning service. We also very appreciate that we could leave our bags in the flat after check-out (before our return flight). The kitchen is shared with other quests and is not possible to cook there.
