Also it is well placed if you want to join guided tours. The room was clean and spacious. I totally recommend!

The hotel needs a renovation because all the decor is very outdated, but despite that, I was pleasantly surprised because everything was very clean, including the bathroom. The staff at the front desk treated me very well. The hotel’s location is perfect for walking around the best area of Naples. I recommend the hotel. Nothing

Good location The hotel needs desperately a renovation! The furniture, the nance is very dated and old! Breakfast is below average, scrambled eggs were runny and uncooked everyday, there was no hot chocolate on the coffee machine even though the option was available on the screen

The location is awesome, right in old Napoli-numerous restaurants to choose from-Socia Pizza is phenomonal and just down the street. This our second time here. We checked in on a Wednesday for a night and then went to Capri for 2 nights by ferry, the hotel let us keep our large luggage there for ease of travel on the ferry. We checked back on Saturday for our last night. Great Horel and for sure our "go-to" when in Naples. A coffee machine in the room!

The room was very nice, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. Location was good for us, we were able to walk to most places we wanted to see. The metro station is also not too far away to walk to. The only small downside was that the minibar was completely stocked with items for sale, leaving little room for our own things.

The location was great. We could not find out until we got to the property that one of the 10 parking spots in their underground lot was in fact available for us. Otherwise, you would need to park in a lot offsite which fortunately we did not have to do. Staff was very nice.

Not on the 4 star average , old , sloppy , noisy , no isolation from noise , telephone in the room did not work to be able to order something . The fridge was also not working , the staff was not friendly , the food was not cooked by professionals … etc etc See above

In the middle of the city center walking distance, five minutes they have parking . Martin, she gave us upgrade and thank you to her .
