Aldo is truly the best! He reached out immediately after I booked, sent clear instructions, and even made a video showing how to find and enter the building. His warm welcome and incredible dedication truly made our stay feel special. We loved his delicious cappuccinos and fresh-squeezed orange juice each morning. The complimentary breakfast offered fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, cereal, pastries, and yogurt. It was the perfect start to the day. Our room was newly renovated, modern, and the ideal size for my family, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The location is excellent-just minutes from the train station and perfect for catching tours. We highly recommend staying here. Everything was perfect.

Great room, very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and polite; more than willing to give advice and assist with how to get to sites and where to eat. Breakfast was great with excellent coffee and pastries. Being close to both main train stations was a boon. If I come back to Napoli I'd stay here again.

Aldo is an amazing host! Spacious room with everything you need. The hotel is renovated with style. Clean and new. The cosy sense is unforgettable. Delicious breakfast served with style. We all love you, Aldo. --

Aldo made our stay just wonderful. We arrived quite early on the ferry from Palermo. Our taxi dropped us at the wrong address, so we called Aldo who quickly directed us and even met us on the street to help with our bags! Naturally, no rooms were available, but we were immediately offered Breakfast, which really hit the spot. We were able to begin our discovery of the city while our bags were kept safe and sound. When we later returned our comfy room was ready and our bags were inside. Often our room's internet was flaky. But there were other choices for the center and they usually did the job.

The owner! So helpful, friendly and kind. The location is a little sketchy. But, Napoli is a little sketchy.

It’s beautiful with a wonderful view of the city square, conveniently located close to the metro, and has a wonderful staff. Google takes you under the balconies but the entry is not obvious. You must go around a corner alleyway that is not well lit. There’s no information on how to get inside, or where to go once inside the door.

Good breakfast.

The place is 3 min walk from the main train station Napoli Centrale and it is also in the historic center of Naples, close to everything walking ! The location is truly wonderful! The B&B had very comfortable bed and large shower, we also had a room with a balcony which was great. Breakfast is also included and has enough options to get your started for the day! The best compliment however goes to the owner Aldo and his son - they made you feel very welcome, help with maps and sightseeing, food & restaurant recommendations, taxi bookings, and honestly anything you might need you can just message them. When we departed to Amalfi coast for 4 days, Aldo messaged me that I left behind my AirPods & chargers . I returned to Naples with the train to connect to Venice and he was so great to meet me and deliver those! I recommend B&B City Center wholeheartedly to anyone, we will definitely be back!

The manager was very helpful, friendly, and always positive attitude.. Kitchen a little bit small.

We loved our hosts, they were very accommodating and friendly and very helpful. The location was close to the train stations, there are a lot of things nearby if you are willing to get out there and venture. The location is very close to the train station, it did feel like you're in the 80s american ghetto (not once you're inside the apartment) - so going outside felt odd and uncomfortable unless you travelled further afield.

Great location. Very nice room. Aldo our host was so friendly, helpful and gave us an overview on how to get around Naples and what to see. I have no complaints. Just be prepared that it is down a side street and it is on the second floor.

Nice, well appointed, spotlessly clean room with a balcony. Everything was lovely. No complaints.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very close to the city center and the price was very reasonable. The owner, Aldo, was incredibly warm and welcoming, and he made sure we had access to all the hotel’s facilities. The cappuccino was absolutely fantastic! We felt right at home. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Aldo is the star of the show. He was overly accommodating! The rest of the staff was kind. During our stay he was renovating some of the rooms. When complete it will be perfect! The location was great. We were comfortable and felt safe. We liked everything. Once the little details are complete, this accommodation won't be beat.

Smooth self check-in. Excellent breakfast. Kind and helpful owner. Spacious room. Very close to the main public transport station. The neighborhood felt dirty and smelly, and we didn’t feel comfortable there. The building itself is fine, but the lift only works with coins (the owner reimburses them). The room was cold and the bed was saggy. The bathroom was okay but not in great condition — the shower was tiny and had black mold spots.

I've never been to a hotel where the owner has been as friendly & helpful as Aldo was to us. Gave us instructions before arrival on how to easiest leave the airport, later then answered all our questions, gave tips on how to get around Napels & made our stay very easy. ⭐️ The B&B is close to the train station and buses, both from the airport and to get around town - but it's also walking distance for those who like to walk to the touristy stuff. Outside area looks a bit shady (but so did many places around town) but the hotel feelt very safe, also easy to find. There are places to eat around the square outside the hotel. Breakfast was good. The B&B is small and intimate, so you can talk to the other guests at breakfast, talk to Aldo and his family who also work there. Snacks were in the room, small balcony to the inner yard, tv, mini fridge, ac. We had everything we needed. We left there with a good feeling of our stay. Would recommend. (: // the two lost Swedes. We heard no noise from the traffic outside, but sounds from outside the room will be heard through the walls. Wasn't something that disturbed us to much though.

Location - Very close to Piazza Garibaldi (Metro) and main train station (for bus to airport), near a stop on the Red city tour bus. Close to Staff - Aldo was very friendly, chatted to us at breakfast, helpful suggestions as to where to visit. Breakfast - Always cereal, bread, cheese, cold meats, fruit, but different extras each day - filled croissants, eggs, mozzarella and basil, local cheese. Kettle available all day for making drinks, fridge.

The owner is very nice and incredibly helpful. Property is clean and modern. Very nicely remodeled bathroom. Nice breakfast. The area is ok. I was only staying for one night, but for longer stays I do not think I would choose this area.
