My room was only cleaned once during my stay, I had to get clean towels three different days in my own.

I was allergic to something in the room had to cut my trip short and because of that asked for a refund for the second night it was denied by Hotels.com and tru by Hilton.

The hotel was clean and the late night staff was friendly. The daytime front desk staff could not have been any less interested in helping people if they had to be. One was playing on his phone and one was reading a book every time we walked past for two days. A large bus group wiped out the breakfast buffet, and the person replenishing. It only did so one item at a time as something was asked for, and she was clearly aggravated to be asked to do her job. We would not stay at this hotel again, based solely on the service we received.

It's a great location for access to Davidson College, for parent visits, etc. Simple, clean rooms and good ventilation /HVAC systems, nice bathrooms. It's quite a new property.
