Drury Inn is my favorite hotel. The service and staff are wonderful. The facility is extremely clean. The food provided us great, always plenty of items to choose from. Impossible to think of any negatives. Would strongly encourage travelers to try Drury Inn. You will NOT BE disappointed.

Overall pleasant experience.. Well there was a lot more “homelessness” people just walking around, I was skeptical at first but after we got there and parked in a gated area wasn’t bad at all.

The breakfast and dinner was the worst. I have stay here and many other Drury. This location needs to shut down or bulldoze. Nothing. I couldn’t sleep because of this rolling noise in my room that sounded like it was coming from a pipe. Instead of staying 2 nights I only stayed 1. And I need my refund for that night.

The pain of getting to the hotel from the light on airport driving west and trying to go west on airport, use the service roads to head west!

Based on our experience at the Drury food experience in Gainesville Florida, we were expecting the same or similar breakfast quality and selection. We were disappointed. Perhaps they should ask for some help from the other location so that there is some consistency of standards and value. Breakfast. Nothing special. 2 star motels have the same breakfast.

Breakfast was good. I saw a lot of price fluctuation that I think was wrong. You go online and are told room was 114.00 and I end up paying 139.00. Then a customer comes in and is charge one fee, argues with the desk clerk and she lowers it to 110.00 per night. It was like watching a game show called name your price. Fluctuation of prices. Given a room that wasn't ready to be checked into.

The staff was great. We had a problem with the first room, but the staff understood our issue and gave us a different room to accommodate our needs. Nothing to dislike.
