There were raised tiles in our bathroom and we kept stubbing our toes. However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long drive, so that was really disappointing.

Room wasn’t overly clean. Mold in bathroom. Sofa bed wasn’t clean. Pool was great. Fitness center was great. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was just okay.

There were a couple of black mold areas in the bathroom. Underneath the soap dish in shower and by the shower handle.

Comfy bed. Temp of room very comfortable

The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I appreciated her efforts to make me my stay peaceful and restful.

The first time I was on the third floor and I absolutely loved the room and everything the staff was phenomenal The second time I stayed was just the opposite I was in room 100 it had a strange odor the phone did not work it was smaller and the people around me were extremely loud
-
The place is old and needs more maintenance but the people at the front desk are great. They have breakfast included and coffee all day. Great for a short visit, in and out. They have every other day room service. If you need fresh towels just ask for them

The pool was out of order.

I was here just overnight and left early in the morning so I didn't take advantage of breakfast. I hear it includes hot items but wasn't able to stick around. The room and property were very clean and comfortable. Plumbing in hotel rooms is always iffy; here it was just fine. I like to cool the room down to about 65°F to sleep and warm it up to 72°F in the morning, and I was able to do that with no problems. Check-in was easy and the agent at the desk was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I thought the hotel was a good value for the level of quality it offered.

The pool was closed. They advertise a hot tub but there is no hot tub. Hotel is very outdated but nice staff

Location Filthy carpet, sink, and bathroom tub.TV wasn’t working.I spoke to the front desk and was told that it depends where my room located and WiFi normally don’t work. When we walked in room was warm.Other hotels we stayed at normally ready for guest with room comfortable temperature, but this one isn’t.

When you walk in, it looks nice. Then you have to get on the questionable elevator. We walked to the room to be greeted by a musty smell and opened the door to a room that looks complete opposite of the pictures, black mold is in the shower the wall paper was cut and torn. The sofa bed had stains and the sheets provided had patches that looked like they were burned. The refrigerator was humming so loud we barely got any rest. For $130 a night I expected better. I just left Boston and stayed at a brand new ALOFT hotel for $150 a night. This hotel is worth $80 a night at best.

Room was set to 85F when I arrived. Also very thin walls, I could hear every drawer and conversation

Friendly & smooth check in, clean, and great breakfast. Will consider staying again when I’m in the area.
