The hotel was great when it first opened but it's not been maintained well at all. The mattresses were old and fairly worn out. The TV only received about 10 channels and was blurry. The window as open about one inch when we first got into the room. Overall, the experience was dissapointing and we will not return.

The room itself was clean and welcoming. The hotel was quiet and we had a restful sleep. However, we chose this hotel because it listed a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed due to understaffing, but you could buy beer from the reception desk. Also, the two luggage trollies available were damaged so that using either was difficult; one had a broken wheel and the other had a flat wheel and the upper carriage was attached to the trolly in two of the four spots. We were told maintenance knew about this, but they would not be fixed until Monday. The "Made to Order" breakfast was very tasty and filling. However, it was not clear what or how much was included with the breakfast.

I will definitely return.

Barbara at front desk was wonderful. Had to switch rooms..first had toilet paper at base of bowl so flushed before using and it started to overflow. Next room clearly someone had been in it…toilet dirty, closet door ajar, beds rumpled, pillows leaned on, greasy spot on tv table. Switched again. Third room seemed clean but towel bar fell off wall when hung towel on it and mini fridge didnt seem very cold. Water pooled on shelf & drain was plugged with brown stuff. Seems a manager needs to check the rooms post cleaning. The first two rooms had very obvious issues that shouldve been taken care of before a guest saw. We slept well. A/C worked well.

Food was delicious though. Staff was super sweet & very friendly.

We requested a king room at booking but they did not have one available when we arrived. The double bed was a snug fit for me and my husband but we made it work.

We couldn't get the wifi working after much trying. There was only basic cable, 12 channels, on fairly old TV. One of the pillowcases was stained. The room smelled of deoderizer. Very basic lodgings. Decent location thougg, and friendly staff.

This was not your typical Courtyard Marriott. First impression was the parking lot which was riddled with pot holes and the exterior needed a little upkeep. Check in was easy and receptionist was friendly. The worst part was when basketball team teens were running in the hallways at midnight NOONE was answering the phones at the front desk. Didn’t get much sleep and unfortunately there was no help.

Great service

There was only breakfast for a price.

The room was dirty and smelled like an old man. The amenities were none, as stated that they were. . The amenities were not as stated. There was a pool on the website and there was no pool the hotel was very out of date not to mention right before I got ready to fall asleep. There was a bug crawling across the bed. I went to the front desk and demanded a refund and they said since I booked through Expedia I could not have a refund and I only stayed in the room for a total of four hours…

Nice place to stay.

Staff very pleasant. Hotel advertises indoor pool but has not been operational since covid. The tub didnt work and only has 2 local news channels on the tvs.

The location was close to the St Joseph’s hospital, restaurants and shopping. The staff was great! We were greeted at the front desk pleasantly and with smiles. (Julie) When we needed to change to a handicapped room, Julie immediately not only found us another room but showed us the room to make sure it was okay. The hotel was quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable. We had some trouble with our tv but maintenance came right away to fix it. So really it’s more positive than negative.

Parking was bad, there was a whole pool of water that we had to drive through. MANY stink bug and there was hair on my towel when I went to use it. Staff was nice. Very run down.

We came from southeast Michigan for a hockey tournament. A hockey tournament that happens every year for a number of years (Irish Cup). This stay was one of the worst stays in all the years of traveling for hockey. Upon walking in the room it smelled like mold and wet carpet, I killed what looked like 3 beetles or some type of bugs in my room. No microwave in room, Tv looked as if I was watching tv from the 90’s with static and some type of issue, and the shower/tub didn’t drain properly. The worst part was no WiFi the entire stay. The only positive I can say is the bed was at least comfortable.
