Bed was really uncomfortable but for price n location not bad

Very old facility. Need to invest some capital to update rooms. No hair dryer in room. Cannot take breakfast (apple, banana,etc) to your room. Bath tub/shower felt like you might fall thru the bottom. For one night ok. Beds comfortable and plenty of pillows.

The desk staff was great, very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and quiet. The room keys only worked sometimes which was annoying. The toilet seat was loose. There was no hair dryer or coffee maker in the room and towel racks would have been nice. The breakfast was typical for a hotel. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Breakfast was great for a couple of days, then it was just the basic continental breakfast. What I did not like is that you can’t take your breakfast with you. You can only have it in the dinning area.

Thank god I will never have to stay in South Bend again. The bathroom was so bad my wife said “I’d rather —— in the street than use that bathroom!”

The room was clean but very outdated. Staff was nice and welcoming. But there was a gross food smell emanating from the whole place and the rooms smelled stale. It was a fine place to have a spend the night bc of an emergency, but I wouldn’t book it for a vacation.

Not a lot of breakfasts offerings. I stayed for 3 nights very very noisy all night for 2 nights. A family with 3 kids mom and dad. I think they could have put them in a room with no neighbors. Common sense.

Great stay for the price. clean and safe. Thought the bathroom could have been nicer. But overall thought it was well worth the price.

The late check in staff and the morning staff were very nice. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed to get going. I would have liked to have water available after breakfast to fill water bottle before leaving.
