The swimming pool, sauna, and gym were nice perks. The value was excellent. The location was near a lot of shops and restaurants. This is my second time at this location and I plan to stay there again. More plant-based options in the coffee shop. There wasn't a single plant-based baked item among so many offerings, so we had to go to a coffee shop down the street for a treat.

My hotel stay was amazing. The only complaint I have is the confusion I encountered regarding the breakfast. I paid for breakfast in addition to the price for the room and no one could tell me where it pertained to or the budget I had.

Location. Lobby. Parking. Very expensive for a small room. City view? Really? View of parking ramps!

The hallway carpeting smelled. Our sink was cracked. We did not have either water cups in bathroom or coffee cups in bedroom. No face towels even after request. The toilet didn't flush, had to call for plumber.
