Nothing it was a bunch of homeless people all over the place office up front wasn't open, so I didn't even check in left and went to another motel

The property that is advertised is not the property that was booked. There was nobody in the office. The door was locked. And my reservation had been canceled before I got there. I know I was late getting there but I wouldn’t have been able get get the room with out anyone there and the door was locked.

They canceled my reservation last minute and I traveled for work and I'm still waiting on my refund. It's been over 3 weeks now

absolutely our work employees felt unsafe of the location and concern for the health of the disgusting hotel, they did not stay we had to get them a different hotel. The picture on web site looks nothing like the had to put our employee in La Quinta.

Upon check-in which was around midnight, the environment felt unsafe people in hoody lurking around, The first room I was assigned had broken glass windows and the so-called key card door lock was malfunctioning so I couldn't access the room. I complained to the front desk and she assigned me another room which was just horrible:the key-card door lock was not working properly and its wiring was left bare and open just by the handle of the door. I paid for a non-smoking room but the stent of cigarette welcomed me in the room. The bed linens looked like they have never been replaced, the duvet was dirty, had holes in it and smelt of cigarette.There was stale moldy food in the fridge, the microwave let's just say if you ate anything out of that fridge/ microwave you'll be hospitalized for sure! There were no towels/no hot water, front desk lady said to leave the shower running for 20mins then there will be hot water.I left shower running for over 30mins but no hot water, this was during winter season. The kitchen skin was clogged and had stagnant water in it.The stovetop had no knob for regulating so it was basically non-functional. Only good-thing is that they have Wifi. Called front desk lady for a room change but that was all they had and it was already past 1am. It was a nightmare.I demanded for a refund asap.Never stay here.

This place should be condemned! The lobby door was locked, the glass broken. There was a note to check in next door at a different hotel. Tried that, but the room keys wouldn't work. Just as well, as there was human feces outside my room, druggies wandering the property, garbage everywhere. I did not stay.

Was over 50 active Cockroaches when opening door. In the bed kichenette and Bathroom , I didn't stay there , I went to a Laquinta!

There was a dog left behind, he was hiding under the bed and tried attacking my husband when he opened the door to enter the room.

We checked in after 10;00 PM, they said our room should be ready in 15 minutes-we drove over there, and it was NASTY-the maid was sweeping up all kinds of trash from the last people! Short story-bad part of town, dark area, unsafe area, NASTY! We didn't even stay, we walked to the door, seen what was happening, and left!!!!!

Traveling for a long time so decided to get a quick easy hotel so booked a room. When we got the the hotel drove around twice before seeing a banner that said OYO but sign on building was different name. Front door to office had glass door that was shattered and alot of unusal people walking around at midnight. Did not feel comfortable staying here with my family. Left did not check in.

No towels no tv shower didn't work

Sketchy people lurking around and all around poor upkeep. I decided to go to another hotel. Do t waste your time or money. I would have given them zeros if I could have.

Just say NO! Property is falling apart. Doors do not lock, holes in walls, filthy, worse than the suroundimg area. I will never return. Other properties in rea same price and much better condition.

The property was filthy inside and out, a lot of random foot traffic of people who didn't stay at the hotel, I didn't even sleep in my room after I saw a used maxipad on the window seal of my room before I even entered it. I subsequently left and slept in my truck at a nearby truck stop! By far worst hotel experience in my entire life!

Didn’t have my room reserved. Clerk tried to switch me to neighboring sister hotel. HORRIBLE condition. Will never stay at either hotel.

Would NOT stay here. ESPECIALLY if you have children. Stayed here as a cheap stay for my fiancé and I and we have had the most horrible time. Starting with the TERRITORY, straight up gang territory. Constant crackheads everywhere at all hours, polite enough to let you know what room they’re in if you need “any goods”. There was literally a BUST with US marshalls while we were staying here with literal gunfire. Not only that but our Rear windshield of our car got busted out on our last day here, not broken into, nothing was taken. Just straight up BUSTED. I am more than upset and wish I could get a refund for this stay but of course that’s impossible. I would stay far away from this side of town if you can. With the room, it smelt like cat piss, dog scratches all over the doors, the bathroom door was practically attacked like a bear was in there. Blood stains all over the curtains and the bed, bed sheets weren’t clean at all and had dirt all over it. Absolutely disgusting and just sad that people live like that. Please, spend your money somewhere else.. Do not stay here.

Only thing that worked properly was the microwave but room was infested with cockroaches. Dirty place in general. Moved to a nicer hotel down the street and ended up paying less.

Room was not as advertised. Selected a nonsmoking room, and my room smelled like smoke immediately. I have a child on oxygen, so this is a hard no stay for us. There were holes in the wall, the countertop was dirty, the bathroom cabinets not finished.

The room seemed like it was in the middle of a SORELY needed renovation, so I'm not sure why it was rented out. It seemed to have new appliances/fixtures and one of the colors of paint was fresh, but there were still painters tape covering several pieces of hardware and the faucet in the tub, and the baseboard wasn't attached in many places and one of the drawers on the dresser was broken. Also there are people living there long term, with lots of coming/going and talking/music to bleed through the door at all times of day or night.

This motel needs to be knocked down and rebuilt before it collapses and kills someone! When i arrived my room didn't have a tv or towels so they moved me to one with a tv and no towels or pillow cases! The roaches were very accommodating and they sang we are family when i came in from worl so that was nice! The recwptacle above the stove had cellophane tape instead of a uL listed cover on it because why not? The craclheads next door kept a nice beat going all night so the roaches had background music! I checled out two days early and requested a refund from Hotels.com and haven't heard back or received anything!

At 430 the front desk said house keepers just got there so no room was cleaned so thirty minutes later come back sign says closed

This place sucks. If you like street rats roaming around geeked out at all hours of the night, then this is the place for you!

Went to check in and nobody was in the office had to go to a different hotel to check in waited so long to be helped and all so they could tell me that they didnt have any rooms available even after my reservation had already been charged. All they said was oh well nothing i can do try and get a refund

For the price the hotel was a great pick. We were in town for a tournament and mainly just slept n showered. My only drawback was there was no hot water. But overall was pleased with rate and room.

Room had no blankets or towels it took them 6 hours to get them to me i stayed one night and had no one at front desk to scheck me out so they charged me two nights overall being short staffed is there problems

disgusting. There isn’t enough space to write about all of the nastiness of this place. Plus, it would likely make you sick to your stomach. I will give you a warning though: they do not clean the rooms between guests. I took pictures and have reported it to Red Roof Inn corporate though. This place should be shut down. I have uploaded one of the many I took of the nasty conditions.

Terrible. Came back to my room with key card not responding and working. When I got to the front desk, the doors locked with a sign saying they're out and be back. Called the number listed. no one answered. Came back 3 hours later around 1am to check if they back and the same sign now flip other way saying contact America's best value inn front desk. Called number and went to the back. And same no one there and no one answered the phone. I was left out of my room in the cold. And I have my only few months old pup inside. Fortunate I left food for her.

Let me start with, "You get what you pay for" and this was the least expensive place in town. With that said, Floor was dirty, could not walk around in bare feet without dirt sticking to the bottom of my feet. There was no toilet paper in the room, which I figured out too late. There was no trash can in the room. Only 1 towel, and 1 floor mat. Toilet had to be flushed 4 times to clear the bowl. Bathroom ceiling was caving in, and chunks of plaster were in the tub and toilet. No body soap for shower. They did have a water restrictor on the shower head, and 40 watt bulbs in the 4 of the 9 lights in room didn't even have bulbs, which I guess makes it Eco-Friendly.

I arrived checked in and went to my room went to the bathroom and the ceiling was falling in the shower, cause of water damage and was growing mold and some other kind of vine things. I showed the front desk clerk and she said sorry but with like a sarcastic smile on her face and said you want your money back or switch rooms. I decided to just switch rooms and when i got into the new room there was empty beer cans in the night stand beside the bed, there was parts of a bar of soap stuck in the shower drain and also the shaving razor plastic cover was in drain. And just over all pretty nasty. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Really bad shape, dirty and not well maintained

I was trying to light my cigarette this morning when I woke and I dropped my lighter it fell under the bed and when I reach to get it I thought I got stung by something, pulled my hand out and realized I was bleeding significantly from a cut on my index finger. I looked under the bed again and found paraphernalia, the fact that the room was a complete disaster was bad enough, but adding injury to insult, literally, being cut by some junkies broke USED DOPE PIPE!!! I am highly upset and doubt I will ever come back. What if somebody's child or infant had gotten hold of this?!?!! It would have been their mouth that got tore up, or worse instead of my finger.

When arrived to my room it was not cleaned the bed was like someone already slept in it so went to office got a new room which was better except looked like someone had tried break in...but overall it was quiet an a pleasing trip

First off I booked a double king bedroom and they called me two hours before I arrived saying my room wasn’t a available anymore and that they moved me to a small double bed room. The property & room was disgusting and everything was sticky and not from cleaning products. I made my kids wear socks the whole time in the room and they were dark black each day so we had to trash them afterwards. The tub was stuck in shower mode and there was disgusting things on the shower head and faucet. The microwave looks to never have been cleaned and the freezer smelled like something died in it. The bed sheets and towels were stained and gross. The neighbors to the left fought all night and the neighbors to the right were high, drunk and partying all night. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Did not like anything about the property. The bed was very dirty, hair and dirt in the sheets. I will be reporting this property to the Texas department of Health. It’s not being cleaned at all. I left the property to stay at another hotel due to the unsanitary conditions. I have photos of the unsanitary conditions of this property.

Hole in wall, rooms weren’t very clean there was no complementary soaps. Had to switch rooms first room toilet clogged then no remotes to tv in either room! Beds slide on floor towels didn’t look very clean, wouldn’t ever stay here again! Foul smell in kitchen area.

My room had roaches.. dead roaches... alive roaches and even baby baby roaches

Second room.. had cigarettes on the floor when I walked in, they acted annoyed when I complained about cockroaches.

1st the 1st wasn't clean or it was occupied. The next room was clean. The toilet ran all the time and trash under the bed and the knob on the cooling and heating unit were missing.

all the guys who work there are very warm and friendly, the room was not the best aesthetically, but at that price there was a kitchen included, I can't complain.

I arrived around 12:30am after a 16.5 hour drive and the doors were locked, and nobody came when I knocked. Twice. I then called their phone twice, no answer. That was two days ago and so far I haven’t got my money back either. Very dissatisfied.

The employees seem to have been prejudiced they were very hateful and I will never stay there again

Never again! 1st room had the smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling and beeping. Called the desk was advised to remove the battery. Advised i can't reach. Advised that should have been reported by housekeeping and asked don't they check the rooms. Seemed oblivious to any such process even though there is no way anyone could miss it. Told her that they should not be renting room that does not have a functioning detector. She moved us to the room next door. I got a room for my son for the same night. His 1st room hadn't been cleaned. They moved him also. He had to go back 3 times to get the key card to work. The shower only head cold water. He was told something about the water heater. She gave him a key to another vacant room on the other side to use the shower. The beds were comfortable but i won't be staying ther again and i won't recommend it either.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were beer bottle caps and dog food under the bed. There was other debree on the floor. The TV did not work very well, it was a somewhat fuzzy picture. The heat did not heat up the bed area very well. We will not stay there again.

The bed was very worn. Luckily I was only there for six hours and back on the road.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. The room however was not so good. The sheets on the bed had hair all over them, it was ridiculous!!! They were also dirty which lets me know that they were not changed. The roaches are unbelievable as well!! We were soooo uncomfortable. These rooms need to be exterminated ASAP!!

Room could’ve been better, bed squeaks. Room could’ve been a lot cleaner. I could hear everything going on in the room above mine. Sound barrier would’ve been nice.

I love the customer service I have received. I do think housekeeping needs to do a better job. I cleaned the room better than they did. Overall I was pleased.

They have bugs they don’t clean the rooms

Easy check-in. Decent size. Bed very comfortable for myself but a little too soft for my husband. Inexpensive pet fee. Room clean except for a couple items left in refrigerator.

Had to wait to get checked in. The room was dirty we had to sanitize it. Was late and tired. But rooms are dirty and no locks that work on the door.
