Room toilets are very low and not easy to sit down on.

The four days I was there the room was never cleaned. The carpet between the bathroom tile and bedroom was so worn the carpet strips were exposed and I caught my feet on them multiple times. The curtains were caked with dirt. Not thrilled with my stay.

One of the evening front desk staff was less than enthusiastic when she had to leave the back office and put her personal phone call down to answer a question for me. One of which she basically blew off and offered no resolution. She was extremely rude however I do want to point out that she was the only one. Everyone else was wonderful.

I didn't know they switched my room to something else I didn't ask for until I got in and checked in

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. As a single mom I was traveling with my children and I went to leave and left the lights on and without hesitation the maintenance man came right out, helped us get some help and stayed with us until the vehicle was started. The breakfast was good and had a unique combination. Very quiet clean everything was wonderful
