Soap bottles were too high, the lighting in the room was not adequate

Room was very clean and everything was in working order. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay here again.

Clean room. Breakfast was great. Only bad was when came back to room after breakfast, couldn’t get back in room, card reader would not open door lock. Went back to desk and had card reprogrammed but still would not open lock. Was locked out of room for several hours until maintenance was called in to reprogram the lock.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff were very helpful especially craig/greg. He was so helpful and understanding which is exactly what I needed at the time.

It did not affect my stay but would make me slightly uncomfortable if I would have taken a shower.

Convenience/geography to where we needed to work, location near restaurants and other stores. Bar seemed nice, even though we didn't use it. A reasonable price for two nights, especially since it was an urgent booking. Floor in our room was sticky, as if it'd been cleaned with water that wasn't fresh/clean; Automatic doors to main lobby from outside had a lot of trouble opening and closing - I had to force one open manually just to walk into the hotel; the tile at the sink had clear, obvious pencil and red marker marks on it from where the installer scribed it, but didn't bother to clean it off once finished; the a/c vent on the wall looked as if it'd been pulled off at one point; strange smells in hallway leading to elevator on first floor; staff had difficulty adding our Hilton membership # upon check-in; still not sure they ever got it; TV remote in the room was missing the battery door - batteries kept falling out; none of this was a deal breaker, but it did add to an overall feeling of neglect to the property. I've stayed there twice before in years past and it just seemed much nicer then.

Pleasantly greeted, clean room, towels and sheets. Quick overnight stay, I recommend.

Wasn't informed about the breakfast. Hair in the shower, no paper towels, halfway clean, the shower also had some stains on the wall, the wi fi was terrible. And the price for the room was ridiculous!!!! Me and my wife wi not return!!!!

Room was clean enough and comfortable for a couple staying a couple days. However was not expecting to have to put down a $100 deposit at check in since it was not mentioned anywhere on the listing before booking the reservation. Fee was refundable but that doesn't change the fact that $100 was taken out of my bank account when I wasn't expecting it and had to wait a while for it to redeposit in the account. Along with this, the hotel listing stated Breakfast was included in the price, but it was only available for an additional fee. This was misleading to say the least.

Good breakfast. Quiet Nice staff -Fold out bed was torn and didn't unfold all the way. -Reserved online, priced at $87.00, charged $127.00 and was only there 5 hours - No towels to take a shower, called front desk but never got towels.

Comfy bed, quiet but hotel was empty. Overall hotel was dated, needed repairs. Area felt unsafe.

Clean room, very nice staff and service dog friendly

Exceeded my expectations, breakfast was made to order that was excellent. Has a full bar also with great staff. Room was updated with brand new renovations

This hotel was very clean and very beautiful. The staff was so genuine and the hospitality was amazing. I would stay here again and again. There wasn’t many tenants due to winter storm, and they personally cooked us a warm breakfast. I couldn’t be more happy with a hotel
