Nice property

In the morning we checked out in the desk. Person was Vanessa. She also was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, we did not have the breakfast as we always eat at Sergio‘s for breakfast when we’re in Miami. The hotel is centrally, located and very close to Key Buscayne. We highly recommend this hotel and we will stay here again on our next trip to Miami.

The hotel location and cleanliness is good. Main problem is parking. Mandatory $35 + tax daily vale fee is too high. The receptionist at night shift is not polite, smiley and helpful. The hospitality is very important especially when you arrive at where you stay after driving long hours like us. Hot water and hot coffee is not hot, but just warm. Breakfast is normal but It could be diversified a bit more. Plastic utensils should be more quality.
