The room have a strange smell and the floor was not clean.

Breakfast is more like morning snacks, muffins, instan oats coffee and nutri bars. Parking is big.

The beds are small (double beds). The AC was loud. You can hear all the traffic noise outside. The city decided to remove and resurface the road just outside the hotel. They worked from 9:30pm until 3:30am. Not the hotel’s fault but it was a terrible situation. We were booked for two nights but after the first night, we decided to leave and get a hotel elsewhere. Thankfully the individual in the front desk was kind enough to understand our concerns and refunded our money for the 2nd night.

Nothing! The room and overall cleanliness of the facility. It smelled and the floors were so dirty our socks were covered in dirt and dust. Supposedly, the manager went to double check to make sure the room was clean before we went to the room. We came in for a cruise and spent 2 nights at the hotel before the cruise. We spent the majority of the time walking around the city and exploring just so we didn’t have to go back to the room until bedtime. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again! I took pictures of the room just so I could show others how bad it was. We paid $600 for 2 nights at one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

First off, I’d like to say you get what you pay for. You’re in an area where the hotel itself has iron gates. This is where a lot of blue-collar workers stay. I came down here for work and because I’ve previously stayed at extended stay I choose those place. This building is convenient to a Walgreens, which is directly across the street. It seems to be some kind of private school on the front side of the property across the street. I wouldn’t stay at this particular location again.

I wasn`t satisfied with the shower and the smell of the room, probably because of the air conditioner, that seems to be old.

Very spacious room, mattras was very comfortable, location unbeatable ! If your going for concerts at Kaseya/Bayfront or just for shopping this is the place. Supermarket nearby, Walgreens 24/7 and restaurants nearby (Moshi Moshi open till late).

This hotel was in a convenient location close to the free people Mover train which connected us too many places. It has been recently updated. And nicely renovated. It still had a bit of a musty smell that wasn’t much of a concern since the room and lobby looked newly done. Free breakfast was very limited and was only for take away no tables or seats. Just a granola bar or yogurt.

Property is generally clean, quiet, good business location, fairly close to MIA. Bed was comfortable, with HVAC effective and not loud. It is very basic property, with simple accommodations. There was no breakfast, just some coffee and muffins. Room was clean, with minimalist approach.

Upon entering the hotel, there was a noticeable musty odor, as though the space had not been properly aired for some time. Additionally, the presence of laundry operations taking place directly in the lobby created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. Overall, the accommodations did not meet my expected standards.

We arrived at 2:20 and was told that they run audits around 2 in the morning and we would have to wait until 3:00 AM to check-in. No alternative to leave our card number and they could enter it at 3:00. Just sit together on the one available ottoman in the lobby until 3:00 until we were given a key. It was an expensive six hours. To top it off, there was no hot water. At least we were able to get a few hours sleep.

The room was less than ideal. TV didn't work, toilet didn't flush, and the refrigerator sounded like a diesel truck idling in your room. Certainly could have been better for the price of $300+ per night.

Breakfast is a joke, tiny packaged muffins and coffee is not breakfast. Sticky floors, musty odor, broken windows with missing screens, and slow internet. Bed was supposed to be a queen but it was a twin.

It states that there is 24hr tea and coffee in the lobby. They do not offer that at all. There was never anyone at the front desk, you had to ring the bell. The hotel and rooms do not look anything like what is shown on Expedia. The price of this hotel is absolutely ridiculous. It's more like a Motel and not a Hotel. The stove was so filthy. There are no pots to cook even if you wanted to.you have to call the front desk if you want anything . Pots, coffee pot, dishes, utensils and cups. House keeping is offered every seven days. Therefore your room is not cleaned , garbage isn't changed and the room is not straightened up during your stay. I'm not quite sure why it was so expensive because it's not worth it at all .

I went to the front desk three times to ask for room supplies, and when I finally saw them on the third try they never brought the items. The breakfast was awful if you're looking for nutrition. Room phone didn't work. Far too expensive for what is offered.

I really enjoyed my stay there, I needed just a quick night's sleep. The bed was comfortable the room was clean it had nice counter space. Had a refrigerator and a microwave. No dishes or anything like that but it was just a really nice day and the staff is amazing.

The room was adequate, but the other guests were yelling and screaming until 3 am. It was loud and difficult to sleep. Management did not care, and the cops were called for other issues.

Stuff was mostly nice, except one woman, who refused to give us more than one dishwashing gel! Was funny to come and ask for more each time after cooking.

For the price i expected a bit more. The rooms are basic, furniture needs updating, so the appliances. Nowhere i read i advance that cleanning service is only once a week. Location is great, parking is great. Breakfast is granola bars and cupcakes, but the coffee is good.

Nothing. The rooms smelt musty, the bathroom was dirty. When we reserved this location it said shuttle to the port. Upon check in, the staff said oh no that ended with COVID. That was 5 years ago why isn’t the description of the hotel updated. Breakfast consisted of smashed up granola bars. Not a place a would recommend do any further booking.

The room was nice and clean. Pretty quiet for the most part. I went down at 9:00 AM sharp to grab something to eat but all was left was coffee which was a bummer but yeah the rest was fine!

My first room smelled of smoke but that was remedied the next morning. Getting new towels was confusing. There was no laundry detergent available to purchase.

The property was comfortable and we had a good stay. The one downfall we didn’t like was that it was advertised as grab and go breakfast but showed pics of hardboiled eggs and we were very disappointed when we went to get breakfast. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at The Extended Stay in downtown Miami. There was no room service at all—if I wanted clean linens, I had to strip my own bed, take the dirty sheets to the front desk, and then return upstairs to make the bed myself. That is not my idea of a vacation. The overall experience was far below expectations. I will never stay here again and am giving it one star.

Showed and front desk lady was rude and then I had reservations for a room with queen bed and they gave me a room with 2 small bed and me and my wife had to sleep in separate beds because the had no other rooms available, also room shower had hair on the walls and sink and counter was dirty in the kitchen area. Also they say they offer complementary breakfast with there is no breakfast it was muffins or granola bars and a coffee maker

Front desk staff need welcoming skills and the ability to provide basic information. Room was decent, but bed was very uncomfortable with my wife and I getting no sleep whatsoever. The pillows were tiny, not longer than 18". The bathtub drained very slowly. The best thing was the free parking in a relatively secure lot. For this one reason alone I would stay again for one night. Parking at other motels is very expensive.

I had a nice experience with staying at the hotel. It was quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was cruising. I did want to say that they no longer offer shuttles to the port if you are cruising but the Lyft ride wasn’t too expensive. The trolley does stop right across from the hotel which I took when I got back from my cruise which is free.

I like the area.

Nobody was even working at the front desk. Arrived to check in and waited 30 minutes before the clerk came back. Beds are small and extremly uncomfortably, the pillows were awful. Just pay the extra $50 and stay somewhere nicer.

The manager was awesome and very accommodating. We stayed before and after a cruise and he was able to get us into a room early and just a joy to work with! This will be forever are go to place when visiting in Miami!

It had a hostel feel rather than a long stay hotel. A lot of homeless folks in the area. Not what we were expecting.

Average hotel wasn’t much of a breakfast some granola bars and coffee. Area was safe though.

Rented two rooms for four nights to escape hurricane Milton. Rooms smelled horrible and are run down. In fact I rented in another property in addition to the hotel costs incurred as we just could not stay there.

This location met our needs for an overnight stay near to the port for our cruise, a Walgreen directly across the street. Rooms were clean, area felt safe and quiet, a very small grab and go breakfast table was also made available. Kitchen facilities in the room if staying longer. Staff members were friendly and helpful

Called me at 3:30 am on the loud hotel phone to come get the deodorizer in my room. Red flag if they even need a deodorizer and after they took it out started to smell like mildew. Stay is great at a good price. Walking distance from Brickell and Downtown key places for tourists. Bed felt new, clean room, bed sheets and pillows. Comfortable and spacious. Big plus to have kitchen options like stove, microwave oven, sink and refrigerator. I hope to come back and stay longer. First time I find 2 computer chairs in a room (great for remote work). Breakfast options were very limited, which wasn’t a big deal for me…
