The room was clean, the hotel was clean, the staff was a little stand offish but the location was great and check in was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone staying before a cruise from the Miami port.

One of our bathrooms was not cleaned all the way. The staff were very kind and helpful except the staff guarding the pool. We weren’t allowed to take our water bottles and had to take them back to our rooms. Only to find out there were may pool goers who had Water bottles with them. The food at the swim bar was overpriced for its product. The staff was kind there as well. We loved our breakfasts staff. Our waiter was fantastic and the food was pretty good there as well. The location was perfect for walking to the pier and to travel to our cruise ship. We would definitely stay here again, just plan our meals differently.

Perfect location, spacious room, comfy bed, good soundproofing. Super nice cocktail bar, pool club and amazing restaurant in the building. I wish there were hooks to keep your towel close by the shower. Also would have been great if there were wine glasses or any other glasses provided in the room.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had. My first positive impression came from the reservation department, especially Miguel. Even though we arrived after midnight, he and the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us in choosing the right room and made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. Their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service made a great first impression. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

I rented a suite with kitchen not pots and no remote for the room I had to keep switching.valet took long to answer and bring car. Not enough towels or ash clothes.
