Okay overall! But small room and breakfast was not that good.

It's quiet. Easy location. Rooms are small for the price.

The housekeepers don’t really say too much. Which is fine, but a little “hi there”, or a smile, goes a long way. The room I stayed in wasn’t completely terrible but it needs a serious upgrade. Pillows as flat as can be when you lay on them. The cords for the window blinds kept messing up/malfunctioning when trying to open or close them. Huge indent on the floor in front of the tv, do to wear and overuse. It dips so far in, it feels like a few more months, and it might fall through to the floor below. The floors were also dirty The bathtub had patches of missing paint in it. The windowsill is filthy. I don’t think I’ll be back.

The place was ok price wise When we arrived we were looked at like we were going to steal something or we were trying to have more than I stated that would be staying in the room which made way wife and I uncomfortable then the breakfast was not good at all. I was told that the room would be clean after three days I had t go get clean towels every day

Needs better breakfast, the breakfast is microwaved unfortunately but the staff and cleanliness makes up for it. If they had better breakfast ill consider stay more than one week at a time.

This property does not look ANYTHING like the photo. My first impression when I arrived was not good. After entering, I found the property to be very dated but clean which was very important. The staff was helpful. If you are looking for clean room and reasonable price, this place fits the bill.

The property, the food everything was great. The front staff in front had Lester then I like they were very dry. A bit rude didn’t care for the front staff at all. Everything else was fine.

I had to pay extra to get a “better” room because the one shown in the Expedia photos was not the one I was given. The beds were hard, and the air conditioning was very noisy. I had to leave one night early because it was impossible to sleep.

The room was a basic clean room. No frills or luxury experience expected. Perfect for a weekend. A bit small if you need for a family over 4 people. I had no issues.

Staff was really nice and welcoming. We were only passing through so we didnt require an extravagant stay. The room was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. Wouldn’t mind staying there again.

I have recorded her with my meta glasses where she’s being rude to me and a Hispanic person. Spanish speaker only. It is not fair. I am filing a complaint.

The room was very clean. The beds were very, very comfortable. We had the best sleep we have had in months. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

I didn’t expect to have this issues with this hotel. I am disappointed at the conditions of this hotel. It looked so nice in the advertising photos. We get into our room and first notice the toilet had a water leak, then conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and the hair dryer wasn’t working. Also, the elevator had a strong weed smell. I called the front desk and the personal did tried helping me out. He replaced the dryer and conditioner, but couldn’t accommodate us into another room because all rooms were full.

Had to pay an additional $100 as a depositon the room which we didnt realize until after we arrived. It was return the next morning, but it was a real inconvenience.I complained & they said it did state the policy, but of course in very fine print. Plus Continental breakfast included, but it was cold cereal, and yogurt no muffins no toast no oatmeal hardly could call it a continental breakfast. Will not return.

Upon booking , we realized that we got the dates mixed up , canceled and rebooked for the correct date. First problem: hotel didn’t want to refund the money for the canceled booking, Second problem: arriving to our hotel , we noticed our toilet wasn’t working properly. Hotel is nice and beds are comfortable but we will not be going back .

We didn’t didn’t feel safe, our fire alarm went off when we turned on our heater the first night and there was an electrical outage the next morning up to the time we checked out. The 100 percent smoke free was not enforced and it smelled like weed everywhere.

I liked the staff, which was very nice. My room was clean and nice. Although, I think the refrigerator was leaking. I did not like how easy it was to hear others' talking in the hallway. The thin walls and large crack under the door probably contributed to this issue. Overall. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was nice and it was very clean, the hotel was quiet. Check-in process was very easy. The location wasn’t the best in terms of exiting in a car as there is a blind curve so it can be dangerous during the day. A standard hotel breakfast is served from 6am to 9am. My husband said it was good. I decided to sleep in rather than getting breakfast. Overall everything was good and I probably would choose to stay at this hotel again. No real complaints here.

Booked a room through hotels.com for a friend to stay. When we got to the property it was super sketchy with people hanging around. The front desk then required a deposit. $50 cash or $100 on a card. Which was no where in their booking description. We tried to pay for the deposit on our card but since the room was in our friends name they would t accept it. So we cancelled the booking and left. Just a heads up on the additional booking fees with them if you stay.

Room was clean, age overall was slightly an older place. But, aside from road noise, we slept well. The room cooled down well.

It was a good place!

Check in was easy and the front desk person was very nice. The room was very clean and as pictured. Only two minor complaints was housekeeping forgot to leave washcloths, which was easy to fix, and the hair dryer was broken, but I had packed my own so it wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

I traveled to Texas for a visit so I pre-planned my stay, my first hotel was horrible so I had to search for a new hotel in the middle of the night. I found this hotel online and they were ready and prepared to accommodate me with a night stay. Staff was kind and friendly, room was decent but needed a deep clean as bathtub needed a good scrub.

I was looking for something inexpensive and close to my daughter's residence. I wasn't expecting 5 star quality. But it was clean, check in was easy. The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely use this place again.

I was very pleased with my stay . I stayed there more than 2 night. Each stay was fine . I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve stayed at many places but I wouldn’t recommend some of them or go back. These folks did a very good job. I didn’t know they existed because they’re on a side street of I30. Glad I found them.

I requested late checkout and was told that noon was the latest and that it wasn’ta problem but then the manager told my daughter that I wouldn’t get my $100 deposit back because I checked out late. That isn’t right, it isn’t good business and is unacceptable.

Everything was good, we just had noisy neighbors arguing up and down the hallway. It was Friday night.

It is off the beaten path. They are smoke free however, I believe along time resident smokes in room 217, 218 you can smell cigarettes and marijuana. They serve breakfast downstairs. There is a microwave and dorm refrigerator in the room The towels and linens have no smell so some fabreeze will freshen it up.

when i arrived the services was horrible. i had to wait over 10 minutes to check in and on top of that the lady was very nonchalant and just rude overall. i get to the room and it was a mess; dirty towels, room odor, construction and mowing the grass early in the morning for hours it was unbelievably insane. i will not be coming back to this property.

Building smelled like rat piss and the front desk was rude as hell. It would not allow a dog to stay there!!!

We did not even stay the night. We left due to the smell of marajuana in the hotel and the location. People were hanging out in the parking lot at 2 in the morning, cars were peeling out in the streets. NOT a family friendly hotel. We were not safe there.

On several occasions, I brought my concern about room cleanliness to management's attention, and they promised to clean it within an hour. Despite this, the room was never cleaned, and I was later told that housekeeping had departed. Quality Inn ultimately refused to clean my room. When I requested a full refund, they agreed to provide only a partial refund. I am now collaborating with my credit card company to secure a full refund.

The stay was nice but we woke up to the fire alarm blaring first thing in the morning. No one was panicking so we all returned to our rooms but that was not a good way to wake up.

Experienced power outages due to storms and while that is out of the staff control they could have been more friendly and accommodating due to the circumstances. Did not stay in the room I booked because they didn’t have power and was refused a refund by the staff.

Ive stayed here twice. It was very clean and quiet and tucked out the way. Rooms were always presentabke and the staff doesnt bother the guests.

We checked in just to check out the location just was giving us. Like watch your back and personal items. The bed mattress looks cheaper and thin. Pics looked we nice but I can stay it smelled clean and fresh. The room was too small my husband is a 6 footer I’m and 5 footer we just feet like sardines in the room the my anxiety was on and million so we checked out and stayed at another hotel

For the price I paid I was expecting a little more. Not sure if they are in the middle of a remodel but the hotel is in bad condition. The breakfast was terrible, the only hot stuff was scrambled egged and the waffles. The juices taste like water. And not a lot of other options. I had allergies the moment I entered the building until the day I left.

SERVICE: The customer service leaves something to be desired, but the front desk attendants are professional enough and will check you in CLEANLINESS: A cockroach was found in the room. When inspecting the room for other bugs, a very obvious lack of cleanliness was found. It was obvious the rooms hadn't been swept or vacuumed, which calls into question the cleanliness of everything else AMENITIES: The breakfast is meager and the coffee is poor, and I'm being generous with my vocabulary. Trying to work the TV to find something to watch was aggravatingly difficult, and the front desk was unable to assist much. Overall, this is a perfectly fine hotel to sleep in, there is nothing egregious. However, if you are used to a certain basic standard of cleanliness and overall vibes, I suggest looking for other hotels in the area

Amazing customer service

Room was nice and spacious. Staff was very nice. Elevator and my floor had this awful stench (like someone food) that was relentless. Smell was still there several hours later and even the next day. Probably a one off situation but I took the stairs and held by breath till I got to my room.
