The location at night seemed a little sketch, but in the morning it felt fine. The hotel was fine, a tad dated. But really the worst part was how incredibly humid and sticky the temperature in the room was. The carpet even felt damp to the touch and there was a very strong musty and moldy odor.

The property was great. The room was great however the water pressure in the shower was really weak and to stand in the tub without falling because the floor of the tub was so slick. I am 75 years old and thank God you have grab bars in there. We also didn't get our room cleaned. We were there Monday until Saturday, supposed to get housekeeping every other day, got it Wednesday didn't get it on Friday. I had to go down and get towels and everything else we needed. That was a disappointment. We were here because my daughter is terminaly ill, our room was the last thing we needed to worry about.

The was no information about having to spend 30 dollars for a deposit for if there was any issues or damage. I’ve never came across that. There should be some kind of warning about that for some people trying to have a budget.

Room was tidy . The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and ready coffee was hot and fresh. A lot of restaurants around there.

Breakfast was also disappointing— the cream cheese was warm, the eggs were cold, and when a guest asked for more eggs, a staff member squeezed them out of a plastic bag in front of all the people eating. It was very unappetizing. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location near the freeway and convenient restaurants.

Front was on her phone and wouldn’t help. Lady doing the breakfast didn’t bring any items out. Coffee was slow getting out and she didn’t refill the coffee cakes. Just acted as if they didn’t care.

Great staff they were all very kind but the hotel needs serious renovation. The carpet was lifting my shower had broken tiles and the elevator had paper and tape covering the buttons.

They did have a problem finding my booking and I think I was charged more then what was said.

Never made it up early for breakfast, but the lobby is a nice area to get out of your room. Semi-private desk/computer work area, few snacks & travel sized necessities. Indoor pool- wish i brought my swimsuit. Laundry room & gym! The hotel was not easy to find at night. the entrance being set behind a strip of restaurants, so if navigation is odd- trust it. NOTE: my room card key wasnt working- fd reprogrammed the card and went upstairs with me to make sure it worked....it was my fault the card didnt work- i was inserting it wrong! Thanks Kay & Charles (and all the staff) for a pleasant visit during my 4/5 day snowday!

The room was clean and stocked. Staff was available 24/7. The hotel was clean over all. Breakfast was good and staff attended the area well. The only downside was we went for the indoor pool and the water was very cold and the pool room AC was on insteead of heating for the cold weather in December. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Only small complaints we had were that certain front counter staff members could definitely be friendlier and they seem to have issues with their room key system as our cards deactivated several times during our stay. Housekeeping staff were always friendly! Would recommend for short or longer term stays in the Dallas area.

Room needs work. Furniture damaged, sink had a crack, hallway carpets needs to be replaced. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast had good variety.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the whole facility is a bit outdated and run down. The sink in one of rooms was backed up, tiles in both of our rooms were loose, the parking lot is full of holes, and the noise from the freeway can be heard over the television.

We did not stay there! We had trouble cancelling our reservation. Your phone operators are very difficult to understand. Their English skills are poor. They hang up the phone whenever they can't immediately fix a problem or when a request is made to speak more slowly and clearly. We will not use Expedia again.

If you don’t have a car or uber this is also a beneficial hotel. The breakfast is okay, if you don’t eat pork don’t depend on the breakfast as much. The pool is beautiful and clean as well.

The first two nights, there was a lot of noise, slamming doors, and loud voices, could not sleep at all. I reported it, but nothing changed. The TV in my room was not working, and after many calls, the staff sent me to another room where the fridge did not work, and I really need it for my RX. It was a horrible experience, the seven nights I spent there.

It’s next to Celebration Station and the shut down building that used to be Posados. I was afraid of my car getting broken into.

Then the room keys to the new room did not work and had to wait again! The second room however, had a sink that did not drain well! We were told to either move again since they told us that they had no one to fix it on weekends! Then a housekeeper came to the room without knocking and fixes the sink! The rooms are old with broken tiles in the bathrooms and discolored bathtubs! I asked for clean towels one night and was told they had none available since they were all in the dryer!! The breakfasts were lame and the old lady was rude and loud yelling my daughter how to pour her waffle mixture properly! This is the worat Fairfield by Marriott I have ever stayed in and will never come na k here again next time I’m in Mesquite, Texas!!!! Horrible stay!

We always stay here when we come “home” to visit. Staff were friendly. The room was very nice. The mattress was horrible. Definitely need new mattress and pillows.

The location was good for our purposes. The hotel itself was underwhelming. The staff was nice, the best part of our stay. The hotel was dated and needs major cleaning. There was stains on the towels which we didn't use, horrible smell to the water. We used bottled water to brush our teeth. And the beds were terrible. Glad we only stayed one night. We will not go back to this hotel.

My expectation For myself is not to use your services in the future and use other providers or hotels directly The reason of my direction changing the future is because the Lack of Flexibility Which was frustrating and unaccommodating and the difficultly to dealing with your policies and your emails. Hope you’re able to stay in business. An example l I was told before the month started that the requested change would be no problem in doing the changes I requested. And then, after the first of the month When I called back to check on the changes on Monday morning and talking with another staff member other than the original contact, everything seem to come to a screeching halt when I checked on it, the changes requested were not made.I I tried to make a change it cost more money because you weren’t able to flex with your policy. Wow bless your heart.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. The staff were very helpful, and allowed my family to celebrate my father's 80th birthday in the lobby area for an hour during the afternoon with cake and presents. My kids did get loud one night at ~9:30pm for a couple minutes and excitedly ran down the second-floor hallway -- they had not seen their cousins for a couple months. We quickly got them under control, but it woke at least one person up and there were some complaints filed to the staff. The staff immediately came upstairs, but my children were quiet and in the room already. I'm sorry about that to anyone affected.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. The staff were very helpful, and allowed my family to celebrate my father's 80th birthday in the lobby area for an hour during the afternoon with cake and presents. Lots of construction in the area

Great staff , no microwave in the room. Pool area humidity way to high.

The front seat staff was awesome

The property is difficult to find and get to. At check-in I was asked which floor I wanted. I asked for 1st, was given 3rd. The bed was uncomfortable. No one cleaned our room or made the beds while we were gone all day.

Unfortunately the construction makes it a bit noisy. Other than that, the property was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was ok but expensive

Everyone at the front desk were absolutely amazing! TV didn’t have many channels. The pool was very cold and not stocked with towels. The worst part was in the 4 days we stayed housekeeping never once came to clean our room. We had to ask for clean towels. Location outside Dallas was good but still massive construction

fast checkin

There was a wet mildew smell as you enter the building. It was also in the room but not as strong. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced. Bed was not very comfortable.

My stay was alright the air conditioning was loud and was not able to rest And checking out at 6:00am was very bad the clerk wasn't in front I had to ask a lady in the kitchen to find him she told me he see on the camera when she woke him up he was very nasty I was so surprised because when I checking in everyone very nice that why I didn't complain about the air conditioner police had to be called

We really enjoyed our stay. Alexa made your stay so much better. She showed amazing customer service experience. She was very helpful and a pleasure to be around. I do recommend that your other staff by the name of Jorita ( not sure if I spelled it right) need to take pointers. She isn’t a welcoming person and very rude. She was on the phone while trying to complete transactions. She didn’t speak to the customers at all.

Our room refrigerator did not work, there were several areas in the room where you step and the floor significantly crackle including a loose tile or two in the bathroom. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

The pool area was too hot. The breakfast was pretty bare and not often replenished. The rooms were very dated. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable.

Easy check in. Pleasant check in representative that gave excellent recommendations regarding late dining with my late arrival. Quiet, clean, and comfortable room. Nice breakfast as well.

The property and room was dated and needs a refresh badly. Even though we were on time for breakfast on both days that we were there, they were out of food at breakfast both days. And they did not have any soap in the rooms! No hand soap and no bars of soap and it didn't seem to concern the staff; we were told to use shampoo or the body wash our hands! They could have mentioned they were out when we checked in so we could have run out to get some. We don't plan to stay here again.

There was no comfortable chair in room. Room was smaller than expected. Chair that was in the room was a broken office chair. The tv was hard to operate it was still saying welcome to someone else that occupied the room before us. I will not stay at Fairfield again.

Fairfield Inn& Suites by Marriott Dallas Mesquite was decent. The room was clean and the parking was easy. They didn't have a lot of good breakfast options to choose from which was disappointing.

The staff member that checked me in was very friendly.
