The Hotel Pontotoc was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I will definitely return.

Interesting that they have a texting system so you never see any staff except when they deliver the in-room continental breakfast. They are very attentive and answered every question or request we made through their text system. 10/10 recommend!

Rooms are shabby. Old, really bad. Unsafe - no personnel on site. Parking was in an open, unmanned garage in forth floor with no access to elevators for hotel guests. All contact is through text messages. No elevators. Felt like a 2-star property. Miles away from what is advertised on the internet. We felt cheated. It felt like a dress delivered which is old and torn with the vendor refusing to refund the money. There are at least 10 properties nearby which are ten times better at the same cost.

Beautifully designed and staged, with extra amenities and even a Speakeasy! Would happily stay there again.

It’s not a hotel. It’s an Airbnb. You have to check yourself in remotely. There’s no staff nothing to call. Calling this a hotel is a clear misrepresentation.

Enjoyable

Yes it was amazing

Everything was perfect! Beautiful and very accommodating.

Enjoyed our stay, it’s a little different than traditional hotels as there’s no face to face communication at check in, which is nice in most aspects and different in others. But we enjoyed our stay all the same

Great

This is a newly remodeled boutique hotel. It is a very nice place to stay. Old hotel, I mean like historic, with a lot of stories. Appointments are are a little period correct with a mix of modern convenience. We filled out the menu card in the room after our arrival and the breakfast was delivered to us on time. Fresh and delicious! I cannot say enough about this great place to stay and so close to downtown features.

This is our new favorite hotel in Memphis. Completely renovated. No hassles with check in. Great parking options downtown. And an amazing cocktail bar on the property. 10/10!

This was my second stay at this property and I enjoyed everything about it. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff is easy to reach. The complimentary breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. The onsite bar is upscale and service was excellent. The location is very walkable and in close proximity to plenty of restaurants. The rooms have a wet bar with a large refrigerator. The addition of in room alcohol for purchase was a nice touch. There were several wine, beer and cocktail choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat while they explore downtown Memphis.

The room was very comfortable and stylish. Enjoyed bringing in the new year at The Dame and then spending the night.

The rooms appeared great, and the location was great, but we could not get any sleep because the bar was right below us and a band was outside of our room. They even held a live concert on the grass outside of our windows on the lawn. The fact that the noise below us and outside of our windows was so loud that we could not go to sleep. And despite our repeated request two turn the music down, it was so loud we were unable to get any rest until 11:30. And we were there to run a marathon and had a two year old with us!
