Beautiful stay and staff and amazing people and food right here. Clean rooms and great place to stay overall. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely return and recommend the Arrive in Memphis, Tenn.

Everything. Room was fantastic!! Staff was absolutely amazing. Location is perfect!! I am traveling with my dog and they even had a dog bed, feeding bowls, new dog toy and fresh baked dog treats for her. This is the cutest hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life. I want to reroute my plans so I can stay here again!! Zero complaints

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. There is a gorgeous bar and a nice cafe on the ground floor, as well as water and glasses. They had a valet staff for car parking. It was my 40th birthday and they left a card in our room, and kindly facilitated gifts from family. Rooms have beautiful decor and are spacious. There is an elevator and luggage racks. The location was about 20 minutes' walk to Beale Street. Breakfast was not included, and the cafe (while tasty) was overpriced and portions were small. Most of the places to sit did not have suitable tables to eat at - just little side tables. Parking was also not included in the price and was quite pricey per day. We charged our drinks to our room, and learned that the staff had added an unauthorized gratuity.

The location and the idea of a boutique hotel. 1. No coffee in the room... and the coffee in the lobby costs $3.84 per cup..... This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! 2. The extremely low shower water pressure. 3. The extremely slow draining sink. 4. I requested a room with a nice view and I was given a room with a view on a roof.... THE HOTEL SHOULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT OF AT LEAST 20% ON MY STAY.

Beautiful room - really gorgeous design and lots of nice little features. Perfect location - short walk to the Beale Street and almost opposite the Civil Rights Museum. Fantastic location for exploring Memphis without being in the crowded area. Such a comfortable room There was a flood the morning of our department so had to drag bags around the hotel to exit another way, but this was obviously unexpected and the staff tried everything to help

The Arrive is a swanky contemporary modern hotel within walking distance of many attractions in Memphis! This place does not disappoint. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. The cafe and bar are a bonus. Stay here!

This property is beautiful and unique. The room was clean, the bed was good! It is also 1 block away from the Lorraine Motel (National Civil Rights Museum) and 5 blocks from Beale St. The staff were so helpful and kind, especially Ms. Lamaria. Very stylish and homey atmosphere . I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back,

My husband and I had a view of the city from the fifth floor, and we enjoyed watching a little train pass by on the tracks. The room was clean, quiet, and downright inspiring with the use of materials, wallpaper, and the view. I loved all the details and the use of the space. With the pull of a small door, you can even make the sink are open up to the room and the view. The, in-room and for purchase, food and drink choices were carefully selected, and I enjoyed tasting/sipping on some new brands and items I hadn’t previously tried. You can’t beat a coffee shop in the lobby for breakfast or a little treat. The carrot cake latte was amazing! It’s close to museums and all of the cute fun and community on Main Street. I loved this place. I could stare at the city all night long. Lovely stay!

This place is WONDERFUL! It’s unique & charming with 1950’s resort style feel. The rooms are huge, the shower was great, having a separate toilet room is the best idea for guests. We loved the Salt & Stone products. I wished more hotels were modeled after ARRIVE.

The entire staff are a vibe! From valet to the front desk, housekeeping to the cafe, everyone is so friendly, helpful and accommodating! This was my second stay here and easily my top choice when visiting Memphis! Rich and the entire staff, thank you for a great visit! The location is great, I felt very safe traveling independently.

Pleasantly surprised as the city gets a lot of attention for concerns of safety and general hospitality, but everything during our stay was nothing short of phenomenal.

Unfortunately, we only spent one night here. We did have a drink at the bar which was excellent. The staff was very helpful, nice and welcoming. This includes the valet and house keeping. The rooms were awesome and the bed was very comfortable.

Loved our stay at Arrive! The only downside to the hotel is that so damn many people from outside the property love the coffee shop and bar. LOL. Makes it hard to be there as a guest, it is so busy!

This hotel was clean, hip and in a nice area two blocks from the Civil Rights Museum and Central BBQ. It’s also right across the street from a fire station and felt very safe with zero noise concerns.

Had an amazing stay at Arrive Hotel in Memphis! The vibe was modern, clean, and super welcoming. The staff was friendly and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. Definitely a great experience—will be back!

The shower had terrible water pressure and our bed was sagging in the middle and very very soft and mushy. We did not sleep.

Overall a delightful experience. We enjoyed it so much we stopped both on our way to and on our way from our destination.

Staff was super nice. It was great to be able to get a coffee in the morning downstairs and get a drink in the evening. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel was not too loud. The hotel was decorated well throughout. We had a corner room and it was large. We didn't have a car until the last night and valet was easy. We would recommend. It's within walking distance of many must see attractions.

Everything was so beautiful, with an obvious attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They even brought cake to my room for my birthday (I asked if they had any chocolate cake for my birthday) with a special note waiting for us when we got back that night. Everything was very clean and up to date.

We were there for a single night twice and check in, valet, bar and breakfast were accommodating late at night and early morning. Really cool spot. Wish we had been able to spend more time hanging out.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Fun Town! Beale Street was just steps away. The staff was more than amazing. Rich and Lamaria at the front desk were unbelievable. Everything was perfect! My husband had arranged for the room to be set up for Valentine’s Day and the staff went over and beyond! The bar tender was so nice and the drinks were top tier. We will definitely be back soon!

This hotel is in the heart of downtown, right by the Lorraine Motel and a block from an independent juice bar and bookstore, plus a couple of minutes' stroll from the Mississippi. Stylish, comfortable interior and great bar/communal area.

Cool room! Reminded me of a NYC flat apartment. Very clean. Staff was super nice! Absolutely no issues. We were in Memphis for a dance competition at the Renasant Convention center and this hotel was easy to navigate to/from the convention center.

The staff is always wonderful - so polite, so fun. The night time valet sucked but the daytime guy was super sweet and always had our car waiting downstairs, on time. The room itself was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. This will always be my go to hotel when visiting family in Memphis.

Room was very nice and clean!! Great atmosphere!! Parking was a bit of a challenge but other than that, everything was great!!

Great stay! The check-in process was weird as we had to wait for someone to let us into the front door while all the people enjoying the bar and lobby just looked at us. I do understand the locked door due to the location of the hotel but it's still awkward watching people stare at you while you struggle to get in to get to the front desk. Other than that, the room was vintage and awesome, and the staff was great. I'll definitely stay here again!

Attention, ils ajoutent d’office 100$ par jour sur la carte au checkin pour couvrir les éventuels frais supplémentaires. L’argent est reversé au check out mais avec 2-3 j de délai Joli bar au rez de chaussée. Possibilité de se restaurer, mais l’équipe est très rapidement débordée , la queue se fait dans le lobby et l’attente peut être très longue pour commander et pour avoir son plat ou son café. Deux points à améliorer : il y a beaucoup de prises dans la chambre mais pas une prise usb. Si le minibar est plein de boissons et de snacks ( tous payants) pas de plateau de courtoisie ni de possibilité de se faire un café ou d’avoir un thermos d’eau chaude en autonomie dans le lobby.

The lobby is super welcoming, with a living room vibe, a bakery and bar- really, everything you need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, and we love the eco-friendly glasses and large products to cut down on plastic.

Very modern eclectic boutique hotel. The room features were really nice.

The service here was the very best! The cleanliness was top-tier as well. I was surprised to find only one USB charger in the whole room, and it was difficult to reach. Also, the openness between the bathroom and bedroom was a little uncomfortable, leaving very little room for privacy. If you're traveling solo, you'll love this place!

The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are fun, the bar and lounge are comfortable and convenient, and the staff were super friendly. The area seems questionable as we heard gunshots while going to bed, but the fire department is across the street so at least help is close by. We didn’t hold this situation against the hotel as it appears crime in Memphis is one of a kind.

ARRIVE was excellent. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, we had a great stay. Loved the decor and unique environment. Location was great for getting downtown to a variety restaurants.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and really like it. It's well run, with friendly and helpful staff, well-maintained, and clean. My only issue this time was that there was a random guy wandering around the hotel looking for the train station. I'm not sure how he made it past the front deck, but it seemed like he should not have been there.

Nice place. In Arts distric, walking distance from Beale St. Across the street from civil rights museum. Only thing negative is parking 30$ per night.

Very cool place and chill vibe. Easy walk to Beale Street but far enough you're not in the craziness. Very neat local eateries and shops close by. Staff was amazing.

Unique hotel. Nice experience

Only caveat, i definitely recommend using the valet service. We used the public lot behind the hotel for our first 2 nights and our car and another were broken into on the second night. The valet service parks in a secure garage.

Great service. My wife really liked the room with the very high ceilings and the very modern styling. It was very well designed. We had pizza at the bar and it was excellent.

We love Arrive Memphis!! Check-in and valet are always stress free and the staff is very kind and accommodating. This stay we were charged for something from the mini bar that we did not eat/drink which is a little frustrating but I am not upset enough to call the hotel.

Decor is phenomenal. Food was excellent. AC was amazing in the extreme heat. Loved the location.

A great boutique hotel in Memphis - would definitely recommend to anyone visiting for the first time. Rooms are super cool. Also across the road from the National Civil Rights museum which is a must for anyone visiting.

We have stayed twice per year for the last three years traveling. Always fantastic service, comfortable beds and great showers. Great bar and it’s so nice to have a coffee and breakfast in house. Trolley stop in front of the hotel and a dog park across the street. Worth every penny!

Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay in Memphis. The staff was amazing and so kind and helpful at all hours! The room was beautiful and clean and overall very comfy. It’s also very close to the national civil rights museum and quite a few restaurants.

Bar Hustle has great cocktails! Hustle & Dough had good bakery items and good coffee drinks! Only downside is the mini fridge in the rooms has a blue light that’s lights the whole room up in the dark ( had to unplug it to get sleep)

We were greeted with friendly, professional, and helpful service across the board. The hotel, including our room, was beautifully decorated and had an amazing vibe. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Could hear a bit of street noise at night (it did not last all evening), but that’s to be expected given the location of the hotel in a bustling area and it being a Friday night. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Loved that it was close to the National Civil Rights Museum and the Lorraine Motel, plus other popular attractions like Beale Street. The staff was great. The cafe and coffee shop was great. This hotel had a wonderful charm and felt more like a stylish apartment than a typical hotel room. Entering and exiting through the lobby straight from the street created a lively, welcoming vibe; blending the energy of the big city with the cozy feel of a neighborhood coffee shop.

The only concern I had was with the parking.

One thing to note is that if you have an early morning flight, valet does not open until 6 AM. In that case, you will have to have your car parked on the street in front of the hotel. The staff graciously offered to take care of that for me so that I did not have to be out after dark trying to find a parking space. They also made sure I got to my car safely in the morning. Had a great night in Memphis in a cool room. Beale street is walkable and there are some great restaurants, bars, and shopping near by. Would come back and recommend!

First floor has a nice bar at night and in the morning is a coffee shop. They offer valet parking for $35 however, I just parked on the street for free. Even though we were downtown it felt very safe, just an FYI.

The hotel was quaint and decorated in mid century. The staff was so accommodating and very nice. The have a restaurant in the hotel so it’s convenient if you want to grab coffee or a bite to eat. It’s a dog friendly hotel which is great if you want to bring your fur babies along. The rooms are comfortable. My only complaint is that the mattress was a bit too soft and the pillows are too high. Overall I would stay there again.

Very cool hotel, nicely decorated with spacious room. It can get quite humid inside the room, so a dehumidifier would have been nice. But that's from someone who's not used to the weather here.

Hallways and elevator smelled really bad. Rooms are clean and spacious. There’s no coffee maker in the room which is inconvenient.

The ARRIVE hotel is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Memphis. The rooms are well appointed with a modern, clean feel. The bed was comfortable and amenities good quality. The breakfast was outstanding and staff equally friendly.

I love the decor and the staff! Beds were a little firm, but my hips hurt all the time so it's hard to find a soft bed at hotels. Room was clean and they have great products in the room for use. The decor is the winner here! The area is cute and walkable to Beale Street and other attractions. Parking was hard to find but valet is avaliable.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Loved the on-site coffee and food as well as the closeness to Beale street and historic parts of Memphis like the National Civil Rights Museum. Would definitely stay here again. I felt welcomed, safe, and at home.

Richie and his staff made us feel at home. Sheree, takes great pride in her work and our room looked as if we were the first guest to ever stay in the room. We liked the style and ambiance of this hotel as well as the location. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions of the area. The valet parking was nice and provided a secure location for our vehicle. The staff was friendly. The maid service came in while we were out and only made the bed. Did not empty trash or replenish supplies. The water pressure was not real good. The cleanliness of the hotel was ok and only one elevator meant some wait time. All in all, not a bad place to stay. It was quiet and we felt safe.

Great, boutique hotel in a great location. Only downfall was that the valet service closes at 12am and reopens at 6am, leaving me to park in the street since I had to leave early. Very walkable

Easy check-in. Staff were great. The coffee/bistro and bar in the lobby were even better than anticipated. Highly recommend the pizza, pastries, coffee and matcha! Would absolutely stay again when we're in the area.
