Good quality dinner. Good location. Onsen pools are untidy and dirty. Receptionists are unable to communicate in English.

Location is not bad but a bit far to the city central.

I liked that I was full of locals (I was the only gaijin at breakfast) but I felt really at ease with the staff. They were really helpful. The space experience is authentic; you know they have been in the business for a long time. Skylight onsen. Love it. They own the resort/Spa next door, so guests do have access to the onsen there. Unfortunately the more authentic rooms were all taken up and I had a "western" bed. But it was spacious. Location was great! Super convenient. I had a chat with with lady owner through Google translate and animated hand gestures, and she's very proud of her property. Food delivery serves here well too! Floor 1? Lobby? Basement? Carpark? There is no lift to floor 1. Very peculiar. The staff speaks minimal English, so be patient if neither of you understands each other. Google lens is very handy... especially if you're on the 11 floor and deciding which is the male bath or female bath.

A very nice stay here. Great location opposite Dogo Onsen. It's an older hotel perhaps 80s era but well kept. You can use the onsen which is shared with the hotel next door which was very nice. Dogo Onsen is just meters away as is the shopping street for food and keep sakes. The Dogo Onsen tram terminal is only a 5 min walk away for getting around. Nothing really!
