Great location. Clean. Great staff.

Place was perfect with a great canyon view, close to one set of Sassi, a bit of a walk all the way across. Enjoyed our stay! Staff and apartment were great!

Location is insane - two minutes walk from one of the most magnificent views I've ever seen. But that's Matera! Not this accommodation. If you can get the good room they offer with the view advertised, this must be an amazing booking. Just don't book the room I booked :) I presumed the main picture advertised was of a shared common space with view. In reality it is just the one room that has this I believe. Just a very deceptive listing.. and based on the previous reviews... it seems they've actively chosen not to do anything to rectify, which feels v deceptive... I ended up staying somewhere else which was incredible and the same value. They pull you in with the view, but the room has no windows... or worse than that, a window to the hallway where the other guests go to get breakfast things in the morning - so to add insult to injury, you get woken up by the noise. No sound insulation really. Otherwise all fine. Just a young couple trying to maximise profit in a small space it seemed ...but I think this will come at a cost reviews wise if they don't fix the listing.

The house has everything needed to stay and has fantastic view. It doesn’t have parking options but it would be the case with other accommodations.

Very central location and a beautiful modern apartment with all you need. The parking on the street is not always the best, because you come with luggage and is not always close to the place.

The service we received from Giovanni was excellent. Can't say anything not to like.

If you want a clean and silent bed and breakfast to visit Matera then this is it. Within 5 min. walk you are in the historic part of Matera. In November it was easily possible to park the car just in front of the dor and there were other parking spaces free. The landlord is friendly and serves a nice breakfast next dor. Nothing

Good breakfast, at 5 minutes distance from the old centre of Matera, clean room, big bath room with shower We like to have a window in the room which can be opened. This room was only airconditioned. No view outwards. To park the car was difficult.

The location, the view, the room was all perfect! But most of All the staff is what made my stay there stand out. The host was a fast communicator and Claudia went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The included Breakfast was delicious as well. Nothing

Everything was perfect. The Host is extremely kind. Room was super clean! For the breakfast we had 3 different kinds of cakes baked by our Host! All were perfect and a cheese cake just delicious. If you want to feel the true atmosphere of Matera you it's the best place! 100% satisfaction Nothing! :)
