The pool area was super small and dirty. The was a baseball championship going on in the area and there was kids playing baseball in the parking lot. There was being leaving alcoholic beverages and trash everywhere. Trash and wet towels were being left on the patio and in the pool area. The breakfast was $16.95 a person and at the room price should have been included. Also, this hotels needs renovation at this price.

It's out of the way from my destination, but I stay at this location specifically for its hospitality!

Everything was great with exception of not having key cards available at time of check in due to a technical issue which took over 24hrs to fix.

I didn't realize that one of the external sliding glass door was jammed. Upon arrival, I got a luggage cart to bring my things into the hotel. I turned rapidly to go out to the car and retrieve more items. I ran into the sliding glass door which failed to open. This resulted in a knot on my forehead and a bruise on my left kneecap.I reported the matter to Miss Burns who was on duty at the front desk.

There was a digital check-in option available, but a staff member was quickly available for me to check-in seamlessly. Checking out was a but more problematic, as there was no digital option. There was a line of guests, including myself, waiting to check out for over 10 minutes. We flagged down a staff member from another area of the hotel to finally receive assistance. She was very kind and apologetic, which was appreciated.

A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!!
