Location was goof There were no towels in the bathroom, had to ask for them, only received 2 washcloths. Plug in bathroom did not work. Toilet seat was so loose it moved every time you sat down. Breakfast was not good at all. Eggs were rubbery and potatoes were not edible. Room was never cleaned and our trash was overflowing. Would not come back

The room was very roomie for our large family enjoyed breakfast options The room especially bathroom and vanity area was not clean to standard lots of things left not cleaned and not fully stocked not very presentable beds were not comfortable at all vary hard spots on blanket covers Crunchy closet blanket I was very disappointed with the presentation of this room

I was unable to work using my laptop. I am required to connect via a Global Protect VPN session and I use a soft phone. I will avoid Hilton properties in the future because of this experience.

Didn’t like it or dislike it. Location hard to get into and out. There is a hotel being built in the same parking lot. Mechanical issue in the room with the bathroom door. That they offered to move us to another room. The amenities in the other room was empty.

The room we stayed in was nice, plenty of room. Our intial room, the hvac was not working. The staff moved us to a new room, no questions asked. Location for Kings island was great, not a long drive at all. Breakfast was not good during our stay. No meats (bacon, sausage, ham etc) and the biscuits were hard.

We stayed in the larger room/suite and it was great, very spacious and clean. Ample towels and pillows. Beds were very comfortable. Washroom door was a little heavy to close. Pool was nice and quiet but we checked in later in the evening. Breakfast was very good. Everything was up to Hilton standards. Very pleased. There was an odd sour smell all through the second floor hallway. Was told by the front desk associate that there was an issue with kids spilling ice on the carpets the night before. He said that it would be taken care of and by the next.morning the smell was gone.
