Riad Prada

Best location ever. Very clean and beautiful rooms. Zekaria is very helpful. They helped us to find a cab to Casablanca airport too. Loved how we treated. Will stay here if I come back again

Staff were helpful and friendly while we were there. Good location for access to old city. Rooftop was nice to see city and Riad was pretty. Breakfasts were tasty We were charged the VAT twice. Once included in the booking.com reservation and again on the invoice. It took over a month to sort out because they wouldn't properly investigate it themselves and we had to collect all the evidence to submit a dispute through booking.com. Dispute is STILL not sorted (1.5 months afterwards). They don't honour your reservation price from booking.com. Beware they talk about a 3% charge for using a credit card that THEY charge. I think there's a good chance they're doing this to everyone on booking.com so please double check your bill.

The riad is in a great location, which gave us a perfect opportunity to explore. All of the staff were lovely, the breakfast was incredible, and we were very well looked after during our whole stay.

The staff were truly wonderful, helpful, and friendly. The room was very nice, just a bit small for 3 people, which is to be expected. Perfect location for walking around to see the sights. Riad Prada was a beautiful place to stay. Delicious food, lovely rooftop, we felt safe and well taken care of. Thank you Riad Prada staff for making our stay lovely! My one disappointment was that the pool wasn't clean enough to really use and enjoy. Otherwise, no complaints!

Exceptional

I would like to share my positive experience staying at Riad Prada in Marrakech, where we spent two nights with my two children. The accommodation was truly exceptional! The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a private bathroom and toilet, which provided us with the necessary privacy and comfort. We greatly appreciated the friendly staff who were available whenever we needed assistance or advice. The breakfasts were absolutely delightful! Fresh and delicious meals energized us for the day ahead and offered us the chance to taste local specialties. Riad Prada is located in one of the many narrow alleys of the Medina, where it’s easy to get lost, but that only adds to the charm of the place. The atmosphere is unique and unforgettable, allowing us to experience the authentic environment of Marrakech. Jamal El Fnaa is really just a few minutes from the accommodation, and you can get there through the bustling markets, where you can still find something to eat even relatively late at night. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend Riad PRada to anyone looking for comfortable, friendly, and atmospheric accommodation in Marrakech. We will certainly be happy to return! On the day of our departure, we arranged for an early breakfast, but we received it an hour later. Since we had rented our own car, it wasn't a big problem for us. However, if someone was going on a trip through an agency, they would probably leave hungry.

The property is located in a peaceful street only a few minutes away from the big market. It feels quieter and peaceful. The breakfast every morning is nice and the Riad has a nice rooftop terrace and living room. The staff are amazing, always asking how you are doing and providing you with valuable local recommendations.

Prada Riad is the cleanest and most hospitable Riad I've experienced in Morocco. The rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast is great, and the hospitality is tremendous. The location is perfect, just a 4-minute walk to Jemaa el Fna. What really made the experience special was the staff. Abdullah went above and beyond to answer all our questions and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Mohammed was equally helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Prada Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was very close to Jemaa el Fnaa, the main square The location was in the Medina, making it not accessible by car. The roads are rocky, making it hard to drag our luggage
