Location was great with easy access to parking lots, important for us since we arrived by car. Good for one night but if traveling as a pair I would upgrade to a larger room next time. The courtyard was an absolutely haven of peace!

Location is great. Staff is amazing! Delicious breakfast. Riad ambiance and rooftop terrace are great. None

The staff at the riad set up our transportation which was helpful to get to the riad and when we arrived was able to help set up transportation to go to the airport. Our host met us and helped with our bags. He was very kind and able to serve us a delicious breakfast the day we arrived since we were not able to eat breakfast the day we left due to an early flight. We only stayed one night due to this was the end of our trip. The riad was very clean and even had our room earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Our room was on the 2nd floor and our host helped us bring our luggage upstairs (note there are no elevators). The only negative thing was the smell of the bathroom but this is probably normal for older riads. We were on the 2nd floor room at the end of the hallway. We were only there one night so it did not bother us much. Other than this, our stay was perfect!

Excellent staff, very friendly, available and go out of way to make you comfortable. Backed up sewer smell in bathrooms, that doesn't go away.

This riad is so beautiful and tranquil, the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Very clean and lots of fresh towels. The staff is super helpful, they even offered to send the earpods I left in the room back to my country with some other guests. Highly recommend! The riad (like all riads) is very noise sensitive... Some people were having a late dinner and stayed up talking in the courtyard next to our room, this was very noisy for me as a light sleeper, but I guess it's part of the experience.

I loved how nice and welcoming everyone was. The guy that was there, Abdul, treated me very well. We got to Morroco while there was a rainstorm and we didn’t have anywhere to get our food, so he went out in the pouring rain to get us some. The rooms are very nice, amazing for the price, and the breakfast is delicious! Honestly, there weren’t any major issues at all, not that I remember.

This was the first Riad that my wife and I stayed at during our Morocco trip. Corresponding with Abdul (manager) was extremely easy as Abdul was very responsive. We were immediately blown away by the beauty of the courtyard, with mood lighting and gentle music. We were treated to delicious tea and cookies (some of the best we had on our trip). Our room was also gorgeous, slightly smaller than other Riads but this actually made it cozy and enjoyable. The location is great, just a 7 min walk from Jemaa el Fnaa, and the Riad is located on a very quiet street in a safe part of the medina. We also can't say enough good things about Abdul. He took the time to draw out on a map walking directions from the Riad to all the major highlights in Marrakech, which was extremely helpful. In addition, on our last day we were running late to catch our train. We were going to miss the train if we tried to catch our own taxi from the square. Adbul immediately jumped into action and drove us to the train station himself and didn't ask for anything in return. He is a gem! The water pressure in our room was a little weak but nothing that really took away from our experience

everything was perfect! we could choose to have breakfast in the courtyard or on the rooftop terrace. very good typical Moroccan breakfast. on our last day they prepared the breakfast for us at 7am, before going on the desert trip. Good location, quite close to the main square and it felt quite safe to get back to the hotel even after the shops were closing. Abdul made our stay very pleasant, he was there for everything we needed! Discreet, never felt that they were trying to sell us any extra service/activity, ask for reviews etc. we could not ask for more!

If I was being picky, our mattress could do with being turned over or updated - it had started to sink at one end.

Location very close to the Medina, building atmosphere is as pictured and relaxed. The room a is comfortable and best of all, the staffs; Abdul the young manager who is very friendly with prompt helpfulness with all needed, warm welcome reception, showed the area precisely, calling the taxi, printing the ticket, explaining everythings that we should know etc. And Mina the service lady who takes care of our room and excellent warm breakfast. They made our first days in Marrakesh really pleasant. None
